This poem was inspired by Bethel's song " No longer slaves " on their new CD. It also helped me through a challenging time and I wrote this poem I felt a release of some sort and after spending time in the word the word of God. I hope you are blessed by it.
No longer slaves
No longer bound
In your hand
I am found
I am free
No longer bound
By that mound
On that cross
You gave me victory
You broke my chains
And I'm no longer a slave
I'm free from
Pain
Free from
Rejection
Free from
Fear
Free from
Oppression
Free from
Condemnation
Free from
The world
Free in your hand
You have chosen me
You died for me
You set me free
Now I can scream
Because I've got my victory
You broke my chains
And I'm no longer a slave
I'm drenched in your love
Where I have found
Where I belong
I find my peace
My hope
My faith
My grace
My favour
And your undying love
I am free
And I am no longer a slave
