It is 5 years after the accident. Bee had awoke in a hospital bed with tubes running everywhere. She had been pronounced dead at the hospital, but Straub told then to keep trying and after 14 grueling minutes it succeeded. She awoke. They have had their funeral for her father as well as their wedding. Bee had gone to a mental hospital after she got cared for at the other one. Straub and Bee has moved in together in a house in New South Wales. They are now both in their early thirties. They haven't had any kids yet but they are thinking about it later in life. As for Bee's friend Taylor she moved down the street and Bee joins her for tea every other day.
