Listen to the song Waiting for Superman by Daughtery as you read this! I cried a little as I wrote this lol!

Doctor's POV

"Come on girl, let me land," I say to the TARDIS. She didn't want me to land because she didn't like Clara. I kicked the console and immediately regretted it.

Finally after 1 hour of arguing with the TARDIS I finally was able to let her land. But instead of at the Maitland's house we were outside of a cafe.

"Why are we here girl?" I asked the TARDIS and she beeped again. I stepped out and the doors slammed behind me. Groaning as I could see that I couldn't open them I walked into the cafe. I saw that there were about 40 people here all crowded around the stage. Up on the stage was MY CLARA with a guitar singing. I pushed my way to the front of the front of the crowd. Soon she was right in front of me. Her voice was angelic and her brown hair had grown in length and brushed over her face perfectly. She looked through the crowd and her eyes met mine. They started to well with tears and I smiled. She frowned at me and finished the song.

Clara's POV

I was singing like I do every Wednesday. It got my mind after he never came back. It had been 2 1/2 years. I eventually gave up. My eyes scanned the crowd and there he was. In the front row smiling at me. My tears begin to well up again. He smiles and I frown at him. Finishing the song I say I needed a break then I had a special song. I run off stage and outside. I felt like I was going to hurl. He was back after 2 1/2 years.

"Clara!" He exclaimed pulling me into a hug. I pushed him away and he looked hurt.

"So you think you can show up in your snog box after abandoning me for 2 1/2 years!" I exclaim and his face goes blank.

"Clara, the TARDIS wouldn't let me land outside the Maitland's. I tried to get her to park down the street and she did, just 2 1/2 years late," he confessed and I know I should forgive him but I don't.

"I need to go preform, but I want you to hear this," I say storming back into the cafe. Getting back on my stool I get the small band I had ready. Taking a deep breath I find the Doctor in the crowd to make sure he can hear this.

"I wrote this song about 2 1/2 years ago  after I realized that someone was out there for me and I just needed to find him," I say as I begin the song.

She's watching the taxi driver, he pulls away
She's been locked up inside her apartment a hundred days

She says, "Yeah, he's still coming, just a little bit late.
He got stuck at the laundromat washing his cape."
She's just watching the clouds roll by and they spell her name
Like Lois Lane
And she smiles, oh the way she smiles

She's talking to angels,
Counting the stars
Making a wish on a passing car
She's dancing with strangers,
Falling apart
Waiting for Superman to pick her up
In his arms, yeah, in his arms, yeah
Waiting for Superman

She's out on the corner trying to catch a glimpse
Nothing's making sense
She's been chasing an answer, a sign lost in the abyss,
This Metropolis

She says, "Yeah, he's still coming, just a little bit late.
He got stuck at the Five and Dime saving the day."
She says, "If life was a movie, then it wouldn't end like this,
Left without a kiss."
Still, she smiles, oh, the way she smiles, yeah

She's talking to angels,
Counting the stars
Making a wish on a passing car
She's dancing with strangers,
She's falling apart
Waiting for Superman to pick her up
In his arms, yeah, in his arms, yeah
She's waiting for Superman...

...to lift her up and take her anywhere
Show her love and flying through the air
Save her now before it's too late tonight
Oh, at the speed of light
And she smiles

She's talking to angels,
Counting the stars
Making a wish on a passing car
She's dancing with strangers,
She's falling apart
Waiting for Superman to pick her up
In his arms, yeah, in his arms, yeah
She's waiting for Superman...

Then something happens that I didn't expect. The Doctor runs up on stage and picks me up.

"Doctor! What in bloody hell are you doing!" I exclaim as he holds me bridal style. He smirks.

"You wanted your superman to come pick you up, and here I am, only 2 1/2 years late," he says and I begin to cry. I hug him awkwardly. He sets me down and I stand there, him towering over my 5'4" frame. I grab his suspenders and crash his lips to mine. He flails around for a minute before resting his hands on my waist. We pull away as everyone was breaking out in applause.

"I love you Clara Oswald, my impossible girl," he says as he rests his forehead on mine and I smile.

"I love you to chin boy, my bow tie wearing, fez obsessed alien, chin boy," I say before kissing him again.
