Authors POV

The rain was coming down hard in Downtown Toronto. Small pellets of rain were beating down on the windshield of Joffrey's black Range Rover. He pulled up in front of a small house and killed the engine. He sounded the horn twice and waited patiently for his girlfriend to join him. He ran a hand through his freshly cut hair and sighed. His seatbelt came off and he honked the horn. As he waited, Joffrey turned up the volume on his radio. The sounds of Ushers voice drifted through the speakers. Joffrey recognized the song immediately. He quickly grew impatient waiting out in the rain. Of all people Julia would be the one to make him wait in the rain when she very well knew that saying Joffrey hated rain was an understatement. The hockey player picked up his phone and began dialing her cell phone number when he heard a faint tapping on he passenger side door. He looked up saw Julia standing In the pouring rain, her body shaking. Joffrey groaned and unlocked the door allowing it to swing open. "You're late." He remarked as Julia climbed into the athlete's large car, "As usual." Julia sat with her head down in shame, her small hands shaking rapidly, "I'm sorry...babe I promise next time I won't" Joffrey shook it off and began to drive around Toronto with no real intentions of going anywhere. Neither Joffrey or Julia spoke the entire time. From time to time they would exchange glances, but never once saying a word. Joffrey decided he was to angry to talk julia so he decided to drive back to their house. "What was the point of that?" She asked looking over at her boyfriend of over two years.   "On monday at practice i walked to the change room and saw you with Reiner...WHEN WERE YOU GOING TO TELL ME ABOUT THAT!"Joffrey barked making Julia jump from her seat, "You me told minutes before you loved me" He continued. "Reimer was comforting me when I was crying. When were you going to tell me about your fun night tommorow" Julia snapped back startling Joffrey, "I thought you said you loved me..." Just like that, a bomb had gone off between the two., While Julia got out of Joffrey's car, he was hot on her trail. She slammed the door of his Range Rover shut and made a run into the to their home, out of the rain. There was no limits to where Joffrey would stop at for revenge. As the fighting traveled from one room to another, various things were being thrown to the ground, most shattering into millions of tiny pieces. Joffrey wrapped his thick hand around one of Julia's pictures of her and Joffrey when they started dating. He knew just how much she loved that photo and just like that, before her eyes, it was on the floor, broken. Joffrey had become a monster. He continued to storm throughout the house. "We're at war, Joffrey! Don't you see that? We can't be living like this anymore, I can't be living like this anymore. You have lost your mind and become someone that I cant handle "Julia cried out, "Being with You is like my life .You make me feel like a kid again, so carefree." Joffrey was boiling with anger, he felt it build up within himself like a volcano ready to explode. With each step closer to Julia , the thirty year old seemed to tower over her. His arms alone were towering over her head. Fear pumped through her veins as Joffrey pulled Julia into his arms. "How do I make you feel, Julia" Joffrey asked, his voice softening from it's original harsh tone. Julia took a deep breath, "You make me feel lonely and distant right now" She let a small tear escape her clear blue eyes, "But now, when you hold me like this, I feel scared. You're like A monster." Joffrey dropped his arms to his waist and took step back, "I scared you? I scare you" Joffrey says pounding his fist into the wall before he slammed the door shut storming out. Julia's POV "I can't do this!" I grabbed my phone weakly falling on to the floor trying to wipe my tears calling Bianca to come here.  

"It's ok, Julia I'm here" the last thing I heard before falling asleep.
