Mia's POV:

"So why did you call her mom?" Alec asked as we got in his car.

"Long story short, my parents died in a car crash and Anna's parents took me in and raised me. But when I was old enough I got an apartment so the wouldn't have to worry as much." I sighed remembering my parents.

My mom had long blonde hair that went past the bottom of her back, she had sparkling blue eyes and was really pale all the time due to her health. My dad on the other hand, had dark brown hair that barely covered his ears, he had deep green eyes, he was also really tan. They made a great couple, although I heard that my both their parents disagreed to the wedding and them getting married.

"What were your parents names'?" Alec asked snapping me back to reality.

"My mom was Cheryl Scarlet and my dad was Jack Hanson."

"Wait. You're kidding right?" Alec looked me up and down.

"No..? Why would I be kidding?"

"You're seriously the daughter of two royals?"

"Royals? What are you talking about?"

"You don't know do you?" Alec whispered.

"Know.....what?" I whispered back starting to worry.

"Well if they didn't tell you....then it's probably best if you don't know." He sighed but kept looking at me.

"What!? But I want to know! Tell me!!" I shouted at him. I was actually quite surprised he wasn't yelling at me to call me master. He was actually being nice. Well, nicer.

"And aren't you forgetting to call me master?" He smirked at me as if he read my mind. Aaaaaand now he's back to being a jerk. Great.

"And now to get your clothes." Alec stepped out of the car and I finally realized we were at my tiny apartment. "Your lucky I'm actually letting you get some of your clothes. Now hurry, I don't like to be kept waiting."

"Yes, master." I hurried inside the apartment. I opened the door and walked inside my room.

It was really small, there was a tiny bedroom with one bed and a dresser, then there was a living room with only a couch and a small tv, across from that was a kitchen with little counter space, then there was of course the bathroom with a tiny shower and bath.

It wasn't much, but it's what I called home and that was good enough for me.

"I'm actually surprised he trusts me enough to let me come to my room alone." I sighed talking to myself. I did as I was asked and got all the clothes I needed stuffed in a suitcase.

"Well this is going to be fun, living with a vampire yay." I said sarcastically as I rolled my eyes.

I took one last look around my room, making sure I wasn't forgetting anything I needed.

"I'm gonna miss this place, but I guess it's time I stop calling you home." I muttered talking to the room.

I hurried back outside and saw Alec leaning on his car. "Well that was quick."
