How they met

*Naomi's POV*

*14 years ago*

My mummy is taking me to pre school and this is my first day! I am so happy! I have my books, my pencils, my lunch mummy prepared, and some of my toys.

"Alright Naomi baby, we're here! Are you excited?" I smiled really big and nodded, my mum laughed and got out of the car to help get me out of my car seat.

She picked me up and carried me to the big place and took me to my room. It was so pretty! Books, colors, walls painted with princesses and cartoons! I love it! My mummy put me down and knelt down to me and said,"Now, I'm gonna go to work...are you going to be a big girl for mummy?" I nodded fast and huffed my chest.

"That's my girl, I'll be back later to come get you. Have fun baby!" She kissed my forehead and left waving with a smile.

I turned around and went to a bean bag and took out my books to read. I took out one of my favorites,'Clifford the Big Red Dog', I started reading and giggled at some parts but was interrupted by screaming and crying. I looked up from my book and saw a boy with brown curly hair, big cheeks, and brown eyes.

He was crying and screaming saying that he didn't want his mummy to leave. I stood up and walked to him, some teachers were trying to get him but he ran behind his mummy.

I walked behind his mum and saw he was sitting down holding his legs to his chest and crying. I softly took his hand making him look up at me, he had tears streaming down his face.

"It's okay." I said smiling at him making him smile back and wipe his tears.

"You wanna come play with me? I have some toys!" He stood up and we ran to my bag. I looked back and saw his mummy smiling at us then she left. I took out some toys I had, but someone took it away from me making me look up to see another boy with green eyes and black spiky hair.

"Mine!" He yelled in my face making me cry because he took my toy! I saw the new boy that was crying stood up and slapped his shoulder. The mean boy that took my toy started screaming and stomped his foot and threw the toy at the other boy and ran away crying.

"Here you go." he said handing me my Barbie doll.

"Thank you!" I said jumping up and hugging him.

"What's your name? I'm Calum!" He said smiling making his chubby cheeks almost cover his eyes.

"I'm Naomi!" He smiled and gave me a hug making some kids say 'ew' and 'they have cooties' I don't care though. I like this boy.

"Let's be friends!" He said jumping up and down.

"Best friends!" I yelled laughing.

Awwww writing this made me all happy and getting all soft!

So the first few chapters will be about how they grew up and got close to each other, also Calum sticking up for Naomi is really cute and I couldn't stop smiling writing that part sksldbdlwlrbdj.

But yeah I'm kinda liking how this is starting out. Yeah so bye lovelies!!<3
