"The Praxic Order doesn't hesitate, doesn't stop. If we can prove you've done demonstrable harm to Humanity or the City, doesn't matter how far or how fast you run. We'll catch you. And you'll face Praxic Fire."

- Aunor Mahal

*CLANG*

A small metallic object tumbled along the floors of the captain's cabin, it made a loud echoing noise each time it hit the surface of the reenforced titanium flooring. It looked to be some sort of art piece, its design clearly Turian, and religious from the symbols inscribing it. But whatever it was, was not important.

What was important was the scruffy looking man in green robes rummaging through the closet like he was on a pantie-raid.

Drifter was bent forward into the small wardrobe. His hands pushed aside the bizarre looking clothes clearly made for Garrus. He wasn't looking around for anything specific. The closet search was more out of curiosity, he wanted to see what dirty little secrets that space raptor was hiding in his more private belongings. Unethical by any standards. Then again, what did the Drifter know about standards?

"Damn. You would think Gary would have had SOMETHIN' embarrassin' in here!" He grumbled disappointedly, voice muffled by the clothes surrounded his head. "I was kinda hopin' for a secret stash of booze. Hell, I could use that."

"Not funny, Drifter. He had a problem."

Behind him stood Jane, her eyes beaming at Drifter with scorn for his cruel joke. Her heavy armour was swapped out for a black tracksuit with a red and white stripe going down the right arm, and an N7 patch on the left side of the chest. The tracksuit was barely big enough to contain her sheer Titan bulk, her crimson hair tied back into a loose bun with thin strands dangling down the sides. She was sitting back on the eviscerated mattress littered with Thrall claw marks, arms crossed over her chest.

Drifter pulled back his head and turned to her, his expression laid back and easygoing as usual. "Ease up there, Sister. I'm just jerkin' around." He tells her with a crooked grin.

"Like with Grunt, back on Caiatl's ship?" Jane responded with a head tilt.

Drifter shrugged his shoulders. "Not my fault that dinosaur can't take a joke." He turns around and goes back to his privacy-breaching exploration.

"I think Dr. Lawson told me something about Krogan being a highly aggressive species. And not to bright either."

"They sound like more and more like Cabal. Or Titans." Drifter swung his head back at her. "No offence." He resumed his hunt. Then, all of a sudden, his body froze up and he squeezed in excitement. "Oh! Ladies and gentlemen, we have ourselves a winner!"

Her attention was grabbed. Drifter actually found something to warrant such a reaction. She just hopes it's not a secret stash after all. Drifter pulled back. He held in his hands a large white shirt made for Turians. Only standout was what was one it. A colourful image of a certain anime pirate crew.

Jane was honestly caught off guard. She was happy it wasn't booze, but this certainly wasn't what she expected. Drifter laughed happily not unlike a little kid who finds loose change in the couch.

"Your ex has sone interestin' tastes." He cackled, eyes glued to the shirt like it was a train wreck he could not watch.

A sudden flash of warmth hits her cheeks and spreads across her face. Jane stammered her words. "Wha- I- You- He's not my- I mean, we didn't- Garrus isn't my ex! It's just complicated!"

That was putting it lightly, so to speak. Ever since Garrus arrived, she couldn't explain what was going on between them. At one moment, they were both like awkward kids tip toeing around each other. The next, they would make out and engage in handsy exploration when they were alone. Whenever that Turian was around, it was like a spell was put on her, and him. Someone she barely knew less than a week, and to be pulled into such heated moments of passion with him defied all logic.
