"Hi Mrs.Ealy, Mr.Davidson would like to see you in his office."
Ugh what could he want when its time for me to go she thought getting up from her desk and organizing some papers to make it look neat but also quickly because Mr.Davidson is her boss and who knows what this could be about, then walking to the elevator pressing the elevator button Tori waits
for it to open.
"Ugh these damn elevators." She mumbled to herself. After what felt like 2 lifetimes it finally opens. They really have to get these fixed she thinks to herself walking on.
"Hey Tori I've missed that beautiful face." The one and only Brandon, who never gives up, flirts causing Tori to roll her eyes in response.
"Come on Tori, can I at least get a 'hey' "
"Look we've talked about this I have a husband so this whole you flirting thing has to and will stop Brandon." Tori responds sternly to get it through his thick skull that she's serious.
"Okay, okay I'm sorry I just have to give credit where it's due, but I get it I'll back off" He lightly chuckles even though Tori saw nothing about it amusing.
The ding of the elevator is like music to her ears noticing that it is time for her to get off not only because she wanted to escape that awkward situation but also because she was anxious for what Mr.Davidson might need to talk to her about. She gets to Mr.Davidson's assistants desk and asks her about Mr.Davidson wanting to see her and the assistant knocks hearing a "Come in" from Mr.Davidson and the assistant walks out a couple seconds later informing Tori to go in.
"Hi Mr.Davidson, you wanted to see me?" She questions
"Yes I just wanted to inform you that I had a meeting with the board this morning and we discussed you to be exact." Mr.Davidson says with an unreadable tone, causing a lump to form in Tori's throat the last thing she needed was to be fired, she thought she did everything right and kept up her part of the business, but she just slowly nodded unsure how to respond.
"And as you know Ms.Clarkson has retired from her C.O.O position so we needed someone dependable that we could count on to make sure that the business keeps running smoothly and keep the bar just as high as Ms.Clarkson set it, so we have no choice but to offer you that position." Words could not explain the amount of joy that Tori was experiencing. A C.O.O position this was something she didn't know if she could handle but definitely wasn't turning down.
"I would love to accept the position, thank you so much Mr.Davidson." She stood from her seat shaking his hand. Man just wait till she told her husband.
"You will be taking Ms.Clarkson's office and I am pretty sure you have worked with Ms.Clarkson enough to know the ropes, so congratulations Mrs.Ealy."
"Thank you so much you won't regret your decision I promise." She said finally letting go of his hand that she had been excitedly shaking for about 1 minute now and walking out of his office. Pressing the elevator button she waited not even caring about the 2 lifetimes it may take because she was so excited about being C.O.O of time magazine. Finally getting off the elevator and walking to her old desk to get her belongings and head out for the night.

"When is everything going to be there by?" Jay asked the moving company over the phone.
"Everything should be there by Tuesday of next week sir"
"Alright thank you ma'am" He spoke hanging up the phone.
Jay was currently making sure he had every thing in order for his move to Manhattan. He is very ambitious and determined to get what he wanted at all cost, that being the reason for his success and why he is moving. Jay is opening up his 3rd location for his clothing line Black Pyramid which is one of the top company's in LA where he is currently living. He likes success and does not take failure too well considering his past relationship was with a woman who basically put him down and doubted him every chance she got. From then on he was determined to be successful at all cost and that just didn't leave much time for a love life, it would only interfere.

"Hi Mr.King, the jet should be taking off in a little less than 15 minutes, we are just making sure everything is prepared for take off." His pilot informed him. Only for Jay to wave him off and nod his head not really in a rush go get there since there wasn't anything to do when he got there but get the keys to his new house.

Ugh how many times was this girl going to try and convince him to stay. It wasn't like they were in a relationship ,even though that's something Ashley would like to believe, she was just an occasional fuck here and there nothing serious. Jay never understood why she thought it was more but he didn't care that he was leaving her, he knew he was attractive, charming an successful and could get any girl out of her panties with just a seductive look and a few words she wanted to hear so it wouldn't be long until someone takes Ashley's place.The pilot informed Jay that they were about to take off finally. Nap time.

Here she is again waiting for him to come home from his apparent "meeting" once again. Tori and Darryl always had a great relationship, they were high school sweethearts. He was a pretty boy and a player before he met her and somehow made her fall in love and she changed him maybe it was how much he made her laugh and he realized he couldnt live without that laugh that was music to his ears or how he could make any bad day for her better and how he couldn't live without her optimism, but recently their relationship has been pretty rocky. The intimacy and spark in their relationship is fading away for sure and Tori can't help but wonder what she's doing wrong or if he is falling out of love with her. She has made romantic dinners only for him to say he can't make it or tried to spark back their sex life but he only says he's not in the mood but when is he ever. Eventually, Tori gave up and just let it go but she still has hope but how do you make something work if only one of you is trying. No matter how much she wants her husband's attention she still vows not to cheat she hates a cheater and cheating, she never has and never will. She is about to make dinner when she hears the door open knowing it's her husband. She just ignores it knowing that he'll probably just brush her off anyway.
"Oh so you can't speak now?" Darryl questions Tori.
She sighs and with attitude says "Hi Darr-" before she can finish there is a slap across her face knocking her to the floor. When she thought their relationship couldn't get any worse , it did.
