Chapter 1.2: The Enemy

As Veiruno went into the source, she saw Aiko, lying down, injured.

"What the heck?! What happened to you?!" Veiruno asked nervously as she looked down at Aiko.

"She...did it..."

The voice is like, a wise woman that will about to die.

Veiruno carried Aiko to the nearest Healing station, to save her from her injuries.

As they heal her, something will happen to somewhere...

[The Lab]

In this place in the Intrecross city, there ruled one commander, Noir Neppa, her pure appearance is beauty, yet she is quite a bossy girl.

The lab is now being invaded by distortion, yet the employees fight them for freedom.

As they fight for hours, they eventually win.

"Phew, I think that's it guys." Noir said, panting.

"Ma'am, I think the main drive is-"

An earthquake has been triggered, making the lab collapse.

But after the aftershock, a mysterious figurine stand in front of Noir, her figure is pure black, and resembles a busty lady wearing a witch hat.

"Who are you?" Noir asked to the figurine, making the figurine grin.

It moved forward, "You will see..." the figurine said, as she removed a mask of some sort...

"You are...?!" Noir guessed, but the figurine smiled further.

"Yes, I'm Distortiath, the servant of the Goddess of Darkness, and I will conquer this land, for my leader's command." the figurine explained.

"You will...not!"

Noir convinced against her, but it made her more aggressive.

"Well then, let's have a fight, shall we?" Distortiath said as she hold up her sword of distortion, distorting the surroundings it is in.

"Take this!" Noir shouted as she swung her sword into Distortiath.

But then, it didn't inflict any damage.

"That's all you got?!" Distortiath complained and swung her sword into Noir, making her knock back and faint.

"Wow, you're so weak." Distortiath complained more, and vanished point blank.

"I will...get you..." Noir said, painfully, and fainted..
