Scott's POV
I woke up in Kirstie's guest room and grabbed my phone. No new messages from Mitch. I slowly got out of bed, and got dressed. At about 8:23, I headed to the living room seeing Kirstie and Jeremy on the couch.
"Hey Kirst, hey jerm" I said rubbing my eyes with one hand and waving with the other.
"Hey scott" they said together. I walked into the kitchen to get some water when I smelled some bacon.
"Guys did u leave the stove on?" I questioned walking farther into the kitchen seeing....Mitch?
"Aw hey sleepy head you want some food?" He said hugging my waist and kissing my forehead.
"Uh why are you here?" I was slightly annoyed yet relieved to see him.
"I missed you Scott and I have something I want to tell you." He smiled and hugged me again.
I love him so much.
"What did you want to tell me?" I kissed his cheek.
"I asked kirstie if i could come over to talk too you," he paused. "I broke up with Alex last night...and I've loved you for a long time Scottland." Mitch looked up at me.
Am I imagining this? "Mitchy..are you serious?" I hoped he would say yes. My heart has ached for him so long.
"Does this answer your question?" He stood on the tips of his toes and wrapped me in a sweet, passionate kiss.
"I love you too, I have for a long time." I broke apart from the kiss and stared down at him.
"Aw babe, will you come home now?" He smiled.
"Of course."
We walked out into the living room holding hands, Kirstie and Jeremy turned towards us.
"OH MY OLAF! FINALLY!" Kirstie ran over and embraced us in a hug.
"Congrats you guys!" Jeremy gave us manly hugs and smiled.
"Wait you knew he liked me?" Mitch turned towards Kirstie.
"Yes silly, he always told me how much he loved you." Kirstie giggled making my face turn red.
"Aw you're cute when you're embarrassed." Mitch laughed. I lightly punched his shoulder and he kissed my cheek.
"Thanks for letting me stay Kirstie, but I'm gonna go home now" I hugged Kirstie.
"Ok love have fun guys" she winked as I grabbed my bag and headed out the door. We got into Mitch's car and turned on the radio. Just like old times, but better now that we're together.
"I missed you Scott"
"I missed you too Michelle"
We drove home as we goofed off in the car. We finally arrived and I couldn't be happier. I opened the front door and saw the living room trashed. There was an empty pizza box, water bottles, soda cans, and empty booze bottles scattered everywhere. But the worse thing I saw was sitting on the couch. Alex.
"Hey babe" alex said as he got up and kissed Mitch.
"Oh. My. Gosh. I forgot." Mitch stared out into space with a surprised expression on his face.
A/n so what do ya think? Oh ya btw After he and Alex made out they got super drunk and Mitch thought he did break up with Alex I forgot to write that but here u go I hope you love this book bc I love y'all kisses bye!
