The twenty rules I had to force myself

There was a time in my life when I had the need to impose excessive lists and rules myself. But that's when I learned a lot about life. And here are the twenty rules I imposed myself to achieve happiness.

I-Something to do.
II-Something to love.
III-Something to hope.
IV-Listen to music.
V-Watch movies and series.
VI- Love everything that has.
VII-Write something everyday.
VIII-Believe that you can have more.
IX-Have good friends.
X-Living with emotion.
XI-Live as if it were the last time.
XII-Do everything to life with love and affection.
XIII-Respect your body and soul.
XIV- Do everything as if it were the last and first time would.
XV-Read good books.
XVI-Respect those around us.
XVII-Be courageous, dedicated, gentle and friendly.
XVIII-Living without filters and with all the excitement.
XIX-Dream a lot.
XX-Smile every day even when does not work will.

Simple things bring happiness, things as simple as looking for the sun, stars count, read a good book, drinking a cup of tea ...
I learned to give me the pleasure of doing things that give me happiness. I think there are simple things that can make anyone happy. People have no idea how a change of emotions can change your day and life. If you wake up sad or angry with life because slammed his foot on the bed, the emotions will remain negative. People do not realize how a small incident changes the day.
But waking particularly happy, and continue to think of good things, good and happy things will keep this happiness and the rest of the day will be good. So that's when I learned to be positive changes the day and life. Be more positive.
