You looked around the room. You hadn't been allowed to leave yet, so you were stuck in the hospital doing absolutely nothing. In the room with you, Sugawara was reading over medical papers.

"Sugawara, when can I leave this place?" You asked, breaking the silence.

"I invited you to coffee, but you said you didn't want to go because, and I quote, 'coffee is gross.'"

"Because it it is! Anyway, you were frozen too right? Have you gotten any memory of yours back?"

"Some of it. Not that much though. I remember places and events, but not people."

"Oh. What about that girl you talked about the other day? Do you remember what she was like?"

"More or less. I can't remember her face though. They were supposed to tell me when she woke up, but they haven't yet. What about you, (Name)? Did you come here with anybody?"

"No, I didn't."

It wasn't her after all. He thought it might have been, but after all it wasn't.

"I do know why I came here though. I haven't forgotten why I came, and why I came for such a pathetic reason surprises me."

He looked up from his papers, "And what would that reason be?"

"I came here, because I was heart broken. The guy I fell for was coming here with his girlfriend, and I, figuring I would never see him again, came too. I'm only here because of a hopeless crush I had on a guy I can't even remember now." You looked down. "I don't know, I've thought about it, and I regret the decision. I've lost the time I could've spent, maybe with friends and family, who, now that it's been 100 years, are all dead now."

"I'm sorry to hear that." He said after a few seconds. "Is there anything I can do to help you?"

"Get me out of this hospital. I'm going to start over, in this 'better' world. I barely have any memories, so it's going to be easy."

"I will try my best." After he said that, another doctor came rushing into the room.

"Dr. Sugawara! The girl you came here with, She's woken up! She remembers everything! It's a miracle!"

You both looked at the other Doctor. Sugawara looked back at you. "I'll be fine, don't worry." You said with a smile. He nodded and left.

Sitting quietly in the room, looking out the window. It was raining, and the skies were dark. It created a rather depressing setting.

There wasn't any sound, so you were alone with your thoughts. Trying to remember anything caused your head to hurt, so you tried to avoid doing that.

Really, though, you were fine not remembering anything. If you did, you figured it might hurt a lot, to think about all those you left behind in pursuit of an un-requited love.

Suddenly, breaking the silence, the door to your room bursts open. In comes Dr. Sugawara and some girl, her hand wrapped tightly around his. You felt a pain in your chest seeing that.

"Raven, this is (Name), she's one of the patients who I work with." He introduced you.

You and her made eye contact, and you could feel a huge swell of pain run through you. You were about to open your mouth to speak, before you were silenced by her loud voice, harshly saying "It's You" like some kind of insult.

A memory of her rushed into your head, and it wasn't a good one.
