Suffering-something I've faced my whole life, and I no longer even know what to do. I keep telling myself I'll get through it, but I suppose that was nothing more than wishful thinking.
Living in a kind of world where sorrow and fear is very visible to the human eye. Happiness may feel out of reach. What is the main reason why people are born if they cannot even experience happiness and freedom in their life?
A question that still doesn't have an answer.
Right now I'm resting in a hospital. I accidentally fell off a ladder... and here I am. I want to leave this place right away, something here makes me feel so uneasy.
Maybe it's just nothing.
Still, I'm happy my sister Mia is here, she's looking after me almost constantly until I recover.
"Big sis, are you okay?" Mia asked me.
I nodded.
"Of course I am," I replied, I forced a smile.
She held my hand, her hands were so soft and gentle, I made my body relaxed in her presence.
"When will you be allowed to go home?"
My shoulders still hurt badly, I couldn't even shrug properly. I gave her a faint smile, I don't want to see a frown in her face, not now, not tomorrow.
"Maybe soon. I only fell yesterday, after all."
The ladder I climbed was so high. I lost my balance, and then I fell.
"By the way, where are Mom and Dad?" I asked. They haven't visited me yet, I haven't heard a single word from them. Wait... why am I even holding out hope they'll come?
For as long as I can remember, they've only ever loved my little sister Mia. They treat her like a princess... while I'm treated like a shadow.
"Speaking of that, Ate... they've gone missing."
The room was in complete silence, I wasn't able to speak properly. My skin started to prickle all of the sudden.
