Hunting

"I don't think I want to go now." My best friend ,Ashton, says worried. She came over to my dads with me this weekend. Now we are going pig hunting. Drake my cousin just told her how big the hog is that we are going after.

"It's going to be ok. Drake is being drake don't let him scare ya." I tell her. "Plus you'll be on my four wheeler." I say and put the last dog on her chain.

Ashton slowly walks to my four wheeler and gets on. I roll my eyes and start it up. We ride down the road to my father's land where the others are.

My dad, drakes grandpa and a few of his friends are already there. We unload the dogs and ride through the woods. We stop in a clearing and decide to move to the next field.

"Scarlett you and Ashton go with drake to get Si." My dad told me. I nod and get off the four wheeler. Ashton get off after me.
We walk into the woods to find the dog.

When we do find her she's severely cut. When I get closer I see she's dead. Ashton gasp. "What did this?" She ask.

"A hog." I tell her. Drake shakes his head.

"We need to get back." He says I nod and drag Ashton away from Si.

I hear a twig snap. Drake stops. We turn around and come face to face with the hog we're trying to kill.

And God damm this thing it huge!

"Don't move." Drake says.
The hog takes a step to us and then starts running.

"Fuck it!" I yell and run the other way. I trip over a log. Stupid luck, closing my eyes I wait for my death but it never comes. Opening my eyes I see a huge dog come and nock the hog away. After killing the hog the dog looks at me then goes behind a tree.

Ashton comes next to me and helps me up. What came out from behind the tree wasn't a dog it was my cousin.
