Petunia Dursley is seated in the kitchen of her modest home, sipping a cup of tea when a knock sounds at the door. With a sigh, she rises and approaches the door, only to find two police officers waiting outside. She sighs once more, pondering what could possibly be happening now.

"How may I assist you?" she inquires of the officers standing at her doorstep.

"I am Detective Sergeant Wright, and this is Detective Constable Smith. We are here with an arrest warrant for one Mr. Harry James Potter, on charges of vandalism, theft, ABH, and assault. Is he present?"

Looking up at the ceiling and silently pleading for strength, she calls for Harry to come downstairs. When he appears and spots the police officers, he attempts to flee, but his aunt is quicker this time, seizing him by his shirt and stating, "Not so fast."

"Harry James Potter, we are arresting you on suspicion of vandalism, theft, ABH, and assault. You are not obliged to say anything, but failing to mention something that could aid your defense in court may be detrimental. Anything you do say may be used as evidence. Do you understand?" Detective Sergeant Wright explains.

"Yes, I understand, and I wish to contact my lawyer. May I do so?" Harry replies.

"And when exactly did you acquire a lawyer, young man?" Petunia snaps back.

"Do you think I am foolish, Aunt Petunia? I retained one a month ago, and I will not say anything further until I have spoken to my lawyer."

DC Smith states, "You may reach out to your lawyer at the station; I presume you have their contact number readily available."

Harry responds, "Once again, I am not naive; I have it committed to memory for situations like this. Now, let us proceed, as time is money, and you are currently wasting mine."

As the officers place handcuffs on Harry and escort him outside, they request Petunia to serve as his appropriate adult. Harry quickly turns around and exclaims, "There is no way she is going to be my appropriate anything; my lawyer will arrange for someone to fulfill that role. Now, let us proceed, as time is of the essence.

Upon arriving at the station, Harry contacts his lawyer. As the phone rings, he hears the voice of Tonks and Williams Solicitors, "How may I assist you?" "I need to speak with Ted Tonks. I am currently at the police station and require his presence immediately."

"One moment, please, sir, and I will connect you."

"Hello, Ted Tonks speaking. How may I assist you?"

"It's Harry, Ted. I need you at Surrey Police Station as soon as possible; I have been arrested and require your assistance. Also, please bring an appropriate adult for me." "I'm on my way, Harry," Ted replies before ending the call, pondering what trouble Harry has gotten himself into this time.

After waiting for thirty minutes, Harry is taken from his cell to an interrogation room where he encounters Ted and an unfamiliar individual, whom he presumes to be his appropriate adult.

"Hello Ted, I appreciate your presence. I believe I have made a significant mistake this time," he states.

"What are the charges?" Ted inquires.

"Vandalism, theft, ABH, and assault," Harry replies.

"These are quite serious charges, Harry. I will begin with the least severe and work my way up. Please explain what occurred, starting with the vandalism. What happened there?" Ted asks.

"I was spray painting a building; there isn't much more to it. Regarding the theft, I took £100 from the corner shop where I was employed part-time. As for the ABH and assault, I physically attacked a guy because he possessed a video of my best friend being raped and intended to share it online. I'm uncertain if he has done so, but he circulated it throughout the entire school, so I confronted him. I still have the video on my phone as evidence for my actions. What was I supposed to do, let him get away with it?" Harry explains.

"Alright, I will see if I can negotiate a deal for you. You will serve three years at Hogwarts Reformatory Centre, with the option to remain there after your sentence in exchange for testifying in court regarding the sexual assault on your friend," Ted proposes.

"Three years? You can't offer a better deal than that?" Harry responds.

"It is either that or eight years in prison; the choice is yours, Harry," Ted clarifies.

"Fine, proceed with it. I admit my guilt; I committed all the offenses they are charging me with."

As the officers enter and take their seats, Ted begins to address them, stating, "My client has requested that I negotiate a deal on his behalf: three years at the Hogwarts Reformatory Centre, with the possibility of remaining there after his sentence concludes. In exchange, he is willing to testify in court regarding the sexual assault of his friend, for which he possesses evidence on his phone, and which is also the basis for the ABH and assault charges he faces."

"We will present this to the CPS and await their response. We will return shortly."

After an hour, the officers re-enter and inform them that the deal has been approved. Harry is scheduled to be picked up from his home in two days to begin his time at the Hogwarts Reformatory Centre. He is instructed to pack a bag containing only the essentials, as all other necessities will be provided.

Upon Harry's return home later that day, Petunia glances up from her activities, directing her gaze at her nephew and remarks, "Well."

"I have made an arrangement: three years at the Hogwarts Reformatory Centre, with the possibility of extending my stay after my sentence concludes, in return for testifying in court regarding the sexual assault against my friend Hermione. I will be leaving in two days, so I need to pack," Harry explains as he ascends the stairs.
