Was I dreaming?
A dark ghastly figure appeared almost out of nowhere
. I stood as still as a statue and breathed heavily
. I could hear breathing and a slow thumping heartbeat.
Was it my own or was somebody or something in the room with me ?
The light suddenly switched on revealing my terror surprise.
It was just Jess.
" Jess I told you not to go in my room ,"
I stated.
" I'm sorry I had a nightmare can I sleep in with you tonight,? ",
Asked Jess with her two hands rubbing together in an almost beggingly manner.
I soon agreed and started making her a bed up.
After all she was my little sister who I absolutely adore but can get on my nerves.
I would do anything for her even risk my own life just for her. ..........
..a few hours later......
......... I once again awakened to the terror of school day's.
I loved school so much but the reason why I couldn't enjoy was always staring me right in the face.
