(By the way, the 'uncle' is played by Jared Padalecki.)

If one word could describe Peter at this moment in time, it would have to be happy. The young lad Peter Parker just felt right; if something good was going to happen it would take place today. Even as he skateboarded down the sidewalk, he waved to complete strangers and didn't care if they acknowledged his presence or not. A smile never left his face as he walked down the hallways of OSCORP, radiating happiness. Today would be the second day on the job for his internship. Peter was quite excited that the science company was remotely back to normal. Well, he was just excited about science in general.

Peter swiped his ID card and opened the door to one of his boss' Dr. Johnson's lab, and stepped inside making a few heads look up from their work. The teenager glanced around the room with his mocha irises the lab was just a complete white room with a few long white tables for the workers to do their work on. There were also quite a lot of computers around the room, and a couple large ferns. But the most noticeable contraption was in the middle, a gigantic control panel that helped project 3-D neon images when needed. So cool, Peter thought.

"Peter Parker! Right on time, son." Dr. Johnson called from a computer but jogged over to Peter. Both smiled at each other in a friendly but respectful manner.

"Hey, Dr. Johnson. How are you doing?" Peter questioned the middle aged scientist. Dr. Johnson had dark brown hair slowly turning silver, the man had a nice build for someone his age, and he was completely genius, as he even had his own wing in the OSCORP building.

Mr. Johnson smiled at Peter and answered his question while walking back towards his computer, the teen following. "I'm quite good. Yourself, Peter?" Peter answered similarly but maybe a bit more enthusiastic. Mr. Johnson couldn't help but grin at the overly happy boy; the scientist could tell Peter would earn a job at OSCORP in the near future. Peter couldn't help but hope for that outcome too, the job working for the newspaper wasn't enough even though he loved photography and his pictures were always on the front page. But his side job of Spider Man kept him more than busy, saving people is what he loved to do. It wasn't too hard to picture the tall geeky teen as the masked superhero, considering his strong build and fast reflexes, he could dodge any punch.

"I better get to work, Dr. Johnson. You know where to find me." Peter smiled at his 'boss' and went to go grab some paperwork for Dr. Johnson. The downside about this internship was that Peter spent a large amount of time filling out paperwork with an achy hand. But sometimes he got to participate in exciting lab experiments, which he was more than happy to do.

Peter grabbed a few writing utensils and awaiting paperwork, then headed toward a white secluded table near the back of the room. That's what was so good about the lab, quiet enveloped the room and rarely anyone was present. Peter plopped down his bookbag--filled with numerous things including his camera and skateboard--in the seat next to him. Then, just like every other day, Peter began to write with a sharpened pencil in his best penmanship.

After a few moments, the world began to play a big joke on his concentration. Peter began to feel aware of his surroundings. The clicking of Dr. Johnson's computer mouse, sizzling hot coffee from someone in the room, even a small spider weaving a web in a nondescript corner--which almost seemed like a coincidence--but he got irritated by the constant clicking of a mechanical pencil.

Peter's head snapped up with his eyes following the noise. He quickly found a man in around his late twenties to early thirties with long brown hair, who was sitting a few white tables down from him. As if the man could sense eyes on him, he lifted his head up and looked over at Peter and switched his eyes elsewhere. Back and forth. Then the man gave an apologetic smile and looked down at his work again, continuing.
