Madness
Once you are consumed by it can you ever return to reality? Can you ever gain that part of sanity you once had? Can you ever get it back? I think you can up until a certain point but if you don't fight it you will go insane and loose your grip on reality.
Everyone is born with a certain degree of madness, some people are easily effected by it and some can easily brush it off. Lucky them....heh.
Why do people murder others? Madness I suppose. A very high level perhaps?
You don't even have to feed the madness because it doesn't matter what you do, because it will slowly consume you. Well....unless you fight of course.
I hate to use this as an example but madness and insanity is like cancer, It spreads throughout the body until it completely takes over and corrupts the mind. Although some cancer does not take over the mind.
Anyways, this story is about madness and its abilitys to overtake the body and mind.
