Bloodlust

Chapter 2 day 1

DAY ONE
The day it all started was a Monday I was working on healing a dog with lung cancer for a friend of mine when there was a knock at my door I open the door to have a magical scroll float into the house and it opens up and starts to speak.

Good morning rose you may be wondering why there is a floating scroll in front of you but just give me some time to explain. I am head master Ross from the institution of magic it has come to our attention that you have submitted a form and would like to join us here at the institution of magic we have decided to except you. You have exactly a week to pack we will send another note a week from now with more information the note should be here at exactly 11:00 am be packed and ready for more instructions this note will now self destruct in 5..4..3..2..1..0 "poof"

I stand there in complete shock not knowing how to react I have been trying to apply to this school for 4 years now but I have never succeeded in getting in this school was the best of the best only rich and/or the intelligent got in and I'm not rich but I'm not that good at magic either so I have a week to pack and to practice magic so I have to help this dog as soon as possible.
I immediately turn around and start to cast a spell to fix the doc up temporarily because I can not make cancer go away no one can after I fix him up I call my friend and tell her that her dog is ready and will be ok for another year she comes and picks her dog up and we talk for a little while then decide to meet for dinner later tonight at 5 her treat but until then I decided that I should start packing and I would tell her later about the note. It's now 3 and Ive managed to pack a bag full of clothes and decided to take a break and get ready for dinner. I decided that I would take a bath in the river so I do as I'm about to get in I hear voices so I hurry up and dive in it turns out to just be a couple walking by and luckily they didn't spot me I get out of the river and go back inside to find that it's only 3:45 I sit down and sigh and start thinking about my day when I stop thinking I see that it's 4:07 and decide it's time to chose what to wear I go through my closet and decide on a red dress (like the one in the picture) and I curl my hair to make it look wavy then put on some black flats with a sparkly silver bow on them then do my makeup and put on some earring then look at the time to see that it's 4:57 she should be here soon so I grab my phone and my black shoulder purse and head to the front door just in time as she gets here
