The music pounded loud and heavy inside the smoky, dim-lit bar - a place mostly filled with strangers and people who liked to stay hidden in the shadows. Vino sat alone at the counter, head spinning, glass after glass of strong liquor already empty in front of him. His chest ached, his eyes were red and puffy - he had just broken up with his girlfriend, and everything felt empty and painful. He wanted to drink until he couldn't feel anything anymore.
"Vino seriously, stop drinking" Yuan said to Vino
"Hmm... No."
"Come on, u're already drunk, u need to go home already!"
"I told u no! I don't want to see that fucking house ever again!"
"Haystt, fine if u won't go then I will! Tch." Yuan said and left
Vino sat alone, he was getting bored so he decided to leave, he was about to get up from the stool when he lost balance, gladly someone caught him
Vino blinked his hazy eyes open, looking up... and his breath caught in his throat.
It was Niki.
Vino had never seen him before in his life. He didn't know who he was. He didn't know this was the most feared man in the city, the Mafia Boss, the ruler of every shadow and secret here. To Vino... he was just a handsome, incredibly intense stranger who had caught him when he fell.
But something Vino felt wrong...
Vino immediately run out of the bar and vomit somewhere in the bushes
"Too much alcohol, right?" Niki said behind him, he had followed Vino all the way out
"I don't care, and it's none of your business to tell" Vino said that it just made Niki scoff
"Ok, if u say so, i'mma leave then" Niki said and about to leave
"Tch, I hate to say this but can u just take me to a hotel?"
"Why? Don't u have a car to drive?"
"Are u dumb? Do u think a drunk person can drive?"
"Oh right, sorry, fine." Niki head to his car and Vino was shocked bcuz his car was an expensive sports car
"Hop in, sir" Niki teased
"Shut up."
A minute later, Niki had arrived at a Hotel but Vino was already asleep to even notice
"Haystt, peoples these days..." He murmured
Niki get out of the car and carried Vino inside the hotel
"Hey" Niki said to the woman in the counter and gestured the person in his arm
The woman knows what to do so he take Niki to a room who is only for Niki. Niki lied down Vino on the bed.
"Make sure to take care of this man and if he wakes up tomorrow and asked something about who paid for the room tell him that it's someone, understood?"
"Y-yes, sir Niki" the woman said and left
