****Gabe's P.O.V.****

"I need you to be on your best behavior, Gabe. These were some of my best friends, and I want to make a good impression on them," My mom told me.

"Yeah, whatever."

"I'm serious, Gabe. This means a lot to me."

"Fine, I'll be on my best behavior. Can I please get back to my game?" I asked, rolling my eyes.

"Fine. But I expect you to be welcoming when they get here."

"Sure."

She walked out and I groaned. I am not the least bit happy to be sharing the house with 2 14 year old girls. What 14 year old boy would be excited about having girls who are probably obsessed with One Direction and are all giggly all the time? Yeah, that's right, none.

*ding-dong*

Oh, joy. They're here.

"I got it," Mom yelled, running to the door.

Probably a good thing since I know I wasn't going to.

She opened the door and I heard her squeal.

"Topanga! Cory!" She smiled, enveloping them both in hugs.

"Amy! So good to see you," Topanga said, hugging her back.

"What kind of a name is Topanga?" I asked.

"Gabriel," my mom scolded.

"It's fine. I get it all the time. It is a very.. unique name," she said.

"That it is, and I love it" Cory said, wrapping his arm around her shoulders and kissing the top of her head.

"Eww, gross dad," I heard a girl's voice. I looked over to see a tall brunette standing there, shaking her head. I turned my attention back to my game, but still listened to what they were saying.

"Hey. Don't push it. I'm allowing you to date Lucas."

"He hasn't even asked me out yet," she groaned.

"Now you've done it, Matthews," I heard a new voice say. "She's going to be on this all summer."

I looked over to see a blonde girl roll her eyes. Oh hooray, a dumb blonde. She was wearing a flowy green dress, and I could already tell she was going to be one of the bubbly giggly girls. You know, one of the most annoying ones.

"Maya, you promised you wouldn't say anything."

"You know me better than anyone, Riles. Did you really believe that I wouldn't bug you about this?" The girl, Maya, said while placing a hand on her hip and raising an eyebrow.

"Well.. You.. He.. Ugh. Why do you always have to be right?" The brunette said, groaning.

"It's what I do best," she said, a smug smirk on her face.

"Well, let me introduce you to everyone and show you your rooms," Mom said, smiling.

"This," she said, placing her hand on my shoulder, "is Gabe."
