Cruel Past of Han Jisung
Han never asked for the life he was given. He was born as the heir of the Underworld in Malaysia, a world of shadows, violence, and power. At that time, the Underworld was already at war with the government.
When he was only three years old, his father seized control of Malaysia with the help of a powerful Major General. He ruled with cruelty, and from the age of five, he began training Han to follow in his bloody footsteps.
His mother hated it. She fought against it, but there was nothing she could do. This was his fate. This was the family he was born into.
When Han was eight, the Major General was killed, by his father's hand. With no one left to share power, Han's father took everything for himself. And then, he brought another woman into their home.
She already had a son, two years older than Han. His name was Han Hyunshik.
That was when Han's mother finally understood the truth. She had never been loved. Her husband had only married her because she was the daughter of the Major General. She was nothing more than a tool to gain power.
The Hans family held two treasures, the Golden Ring and the Golden Knife. They were the most powerful mafia family in the entire Underworld. And Han, whether he wanted it or not, he was caught in the middle of it all.
Everything seemed to be moving forward until the day Mr. Han announced that Han Jisung would inherit the throne. That was the moment Han Hyunshik, the stepbrother's jealousy ignited like a fire he could no longer control.
At eighteen, Hyunshik rebelled against his own father. Han Jisung was only sixteen, he was just a teenager, but life had already carved deep scars into his soul. He had learned early that the world was cruel, that blood did not always mean family.
With no other choice, Mr. Han handed his youngest son the Golden Ring and the Golden Knife. His voice was urgent, trembling. "Go to South Korea. Find Park Jimin. Give him the ring. "
He pushed them to escape, to run for their lives. But Mr. Han could not outrun his fate. He died at the hands of his own eldest son and Han Jisung watched. He saw everything. The betrayal. The murder. His father's last breath.
They were caught anyway. Han's mother was killed right in front of him, her body falling as his world collapsed. He screamed, but no one came.
They threw him into a dungeon. They tortured him, again and again, but they never let him die. Because the Golden Ring and the Golden Knife were hidden somewhere only Han Jisung knew. And they would do anything to find them.
Later, Han made a deal with his stepbrother. If Hyunshik let him go free, Han would help him find the Golden Ring and the Golden Knife.
But Hyunshik didn't make it easy. He humiliated him. Tortured him. Broke him down in every way imaginable. Still, Han endured. Slowly, carefully, he built a fragile trust between them.
For two years, he survived.
Then one day, Bang Chan traveled to Malaysia for work. By chance, he found Jisung, broken, bruised, but still fighting. Chan helped him escape from his stepbrother's grip.
Following his father's final wish, as he escaped to South Korea, Han handed the Golden Ring to Mr. Jimin Park. But as the heir of the Hans family, he had to keep the Golden Knife for himself. It was his only protection.
Han Jisung already knew that the Golden Ring was both a curse and a shield. Mr. Park understood its power, but he never used it. They both knew the consequences were too great, but they had to keep it safe.
