Accidental Love

Chapter 1

I rushed out of campus brew with two cups of coffee Liam had asked me to get for him and Noah.
"Bye Tristan" I said waving at the barista at the counter. Tristan is a dark skinned male who stood at a height of 6' and has a dark brown hair and a very beautiful blue eyes. He was muscular build not too muscular but athletic build he played basketball in campus and has been my crush since sophomore year.
"Enjoy your coffee Daniel and pay attention during your lecture" he said smiling at me. I blushed nodding and leaving the café.

As I rushed across the corridors he bumped into a wall or maybe someone, the coffee spilled across a perfectly pressed suit. I froze.

"Oh no....... I'm so sorry" I said grabbing a napkin from my pocket trying to wipe the stain off
"You should slow down" said the man. The voice was a deep baritone, rich and commanding the kind that made people listen without trying. I looked up and I was met with an extremely handsome man, he stood an imposing height of 6'3 and has a sleek black hair his eyes were hazel brown in colour that I could stare at all day without feeling bored. Then I heard footsteps. "Mr. Sinclair the hall is ready" the woman said walking up to us. My eyes widened at the name,

"Mr. Sinclair the famous CEO giving lecture today?" I had just spilled coffee on him.

I lowered my head and bowed apologizing again. He turned at walked out I rushed to the hall sighting my best friends I walked up to them and sat down.

"Where is the coffee" Liam asked after I sat down. I had completely forgotten about it.

"I spilled it on someone" I said turning to them. They both looked at me before they burst out laughing, I stared at them confused at what was funny.

"That's the funniest thing I've heard since today" Liam said wiping fake tears from his eyes

"You could have said you forgot it no need to lie we're your friends" Noah said after laughing. I stared at them before deciding to tell them what happened

"What?" Liam screamed causing people to turn to us

"Liam stop screaming people are staring" Noah said seriously looking at Liam.

"Did you hear him, he spilled coffee on Adrian–fucking–Sinclair" Liam said staring at Noah

"Yes I heard him" Noah replied calmly

Noah has always been the calm one in our trio Liam being the loudest and me being the shy one. Our chat came to an end when we heard the door of the hall opened and Mr. Sinclair walked  in with our school board of directors behind.

"Everyone take a seat the lecture is about to begin" our head director said ushering Mr. Sinclair up the podium

"Let's welcome Mr. Sinclair of Sinclair corporation to give us entail on business" our director said handing the mic over to Mr. Sinclair. The hall erupted with applause as he took the mic from the director

"I'm pleased to stand here to talk about economics and business to all the students of business course " his eyes drifted to all the students sitting in hall and landed on me I held his gaze staring into those eyes that I could get lost in as his eye left me to scan the hall whilst talking I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.

"Dude, he looked at you like actually looked at you" I turned my head to look at Liam and Noah staring at me. I scratched the back of my head and shrugged.

"He looked at every- I didn't compete my sentence before Noah spoke.

"Don't say that he looked at you longer than you looked at anyone else"

"Maybe he remembered that I poured coffee on him" I said turning back to the lecture.

His deep baritone voice carried over in the hall I could listen to it and never be bored. He talked about the importance of demand and supply, the stock business, and so on.

I got lost in his voice until I felt Liam tap my shoulder

"He's calling you" I stared at him confused then followed his eyes and saw he was talking about Mr. Sinclair. I stood up quickly and walked up to the podium.

"I asked what to do about a stock of it begins to drop after an investment" he said looking at me with that hazel brown eye I could stare at and never get bored.

I looked away and cleared my throat and began explaining what I understood from stock business. I kept my head straight so I wouldn't see his expressionless face. I knew the answer because I had a GPA of 4.9. when I was done I bowed down and handed back the mic to him. I stood at the podium waiting to be excused, then, he spoke

"That was impressive" he said looking at me "it has been a long time since I have seen an impressive student in business" he said to the students then he looked at me
"Meet me after this" I stood there shocked then nodded and pratically ran to my seat.
