"I invited Matt to come over by the way, is that okay?"

"You know I don't care" I chuckled, I hate when she'd do something before asking me. She always know the answer will be "I don't care" "sure" "whatever" "I guess" or "yeah."

It doesn't bother me, I think her and Matt would be cute anyways.

"Thanks! You're the best!" She hugs me suffocatingly, I wiggled my way out her grasp and sat criss-crossed on the floor.

I left my hair fall down my shoulders, then began blow drying it.

Shelby still had music on, which she turned the volume up a bit more. I rolled my eyes, finishing the last touches to my hair.

It was now four-fifteen and I had more than a hour to finish getting ready.

"No way!" Shelby screeches.

"What?" I turned around

"This, this is our song!" She smiles, she presses play and our favorite song comes on.

"Oh my god, this is the song I listened to when I had began dating Kyle" I laughed.

"Why were you listening to a sad song, when you were just starting to date?" She frowns.

"It went with my exact feelings, since I was new to the whole dating thing and I was scared"

Shelby rolled her eyes, shaking her head.

"Oh, this is our part" I smiled.

I sang loudly, I wasn't that good of singer so notes were a bit pitchy and off key.

Shelby took the verse, while I started straightening my hair. It was too much heat, since I blow dried it but oh well.

I finished my hair within twenty minutes, "hey, should I do half bun or leave it out?"

"The half bun, I love that look on you!"

Once I was done, I applied a little bit of make up and did my wing eyeliner.

"Wow, you look nice!" Shelby smiles "and Matt's outside"

"Thanks" I called to her as she jetted out my room and stomped down the stairs, I went through my closet for shoes and found my white converse.

I slipped them on, then did a finally outfit check in my body mirror.

I winked at myself, then grabbed my phone, purse and keys.

Walking downstairs, I find Shelby and Matt talking.

"Hey Matt" I greeted.

"Hey, Kels" he smiled, he walked over and gave me a hug.

"What are you two up to tonight?"
