The Accident

Rainbow Dash and Apple Jack have been dating for 2 and a half months. Both mares are happy and content.

TIME SKIP

Rainbow Dash and Applejack are looking for Spike because he's been missing for a while and was last seen in the Everfree collecting data for Twilight to study. When finding him he's…..gone, his stomach is ripped open, and something is eating him from the inside-out.

Rainbow starts attacking the thing out of anger for Spikes death. Aj notices it's going for open wounds and remembers Rainbow has a cut on her leg from flight practice and yells, “IT GOES FOR WOUNDS TO GET IN YOUR BLOODSTREAM!” Then pulls Rainbow Dash back, “RUN!” She shouts anxiously, and so she ran and soon after takes flight; Apple Jack is right behind her as that thing gives chase. When all of a sudden… *CRASH* Rainbow wips around seeing Apple Jack has tripped and landed hard on her right back leg. The pegasus bolts to help her, not noticing the creature got to and in her cut.

TIME SKIP TO THE SAFETY OF APPLE JACK'S HOME

The gals got back to safety and told the devastated mare about her friend. She left crying.

Rainbow patched up Apple Jack's leg and told her she couldn't walk on it OR buck trees for a while, much to the stubborn mares dismay.

Lately, Rainbow felt..weak….tired…..sick. It could be from a cold or something, but her gut says something is wrong..really wrong..
