5 years have passed since that faithful day... Our hero was making breakfast for his family, seeing those swines of an uncle and cousin devouring their meal and not receiving anything. Just a normal day for the boy. This was his daily scedule:
Waking up- making breakfast -doing chores (when it's weekend)- being victim of Harry Hunting- doing chores again - optionally get something to eat - and going back to the cupboard. Oh what a wonderful life the supposed spoiled Hero of the wizarding world leads.

X-- 6 years later --x
It was finally time. He stepped before the platform 9 3/4. After the debacle with the hogwarts letters he could finally come to the school his parents went to. And nothing, absolutely nothing could had dampen his mood. Not even when the Dursley's... well, not even that. He was very thankful that Professor Snape brought him his letter and to Diagon Alley. It was amazing to little Harry. He was very careful not to let his soon to be Professor know about his own knowledge about the wizarding world, Voldemort and certain people he held dear....
The man wasn't exactly nice and he seemed to dislike Harry a lot but Harry would do everything possible to protect this man... He owed him. And that means whatever will happen he will repay the man.
But back to the Professor, like Harry said, Snape wasn't very nice but all in all he was tolerable. He even bought him his new owl Hedwig! Yes, he sneered at Harry, as he thrusted the bird cage in Harry's arms saying: "Dumbledore wanted to coddle the spoiled-boy-who-lived, so take it Potter." But it was a present nonetheless.
Today was the day he hoped to be a fresh start... Until he has to go back to the Dursley's.
As Harry sat in an empty compartment of the Hogwart's train, he thought about his possibililties in Hogwart's. In which house will he be sorted to? Hufflepuff? Ravenclaw? Gryffindor... Where his parents and ...yes , where they went to. Or will it be Slytherin? Two of the greatest people he knew were...are from Slytherin. And Voldemort... The murderer of his parents...
Harry sat alone in the compartment pondering about the sorting where he'll finally find a place in which he belongs to.

Nobody seemed to notice him, when they came to the castle, but that didn't bother Harry that much because he'll surely have time to talk to someone later. Maybe making a friend. After this weird magic hat had finished his song, the sorting began. Harry's heart began pounding loudly in his chest. He was very excited and nervous. He could feel his heartbeat pulsating in his body. Student after student were sorted until Professor McGonagall called : "Potter, Harry!" As he nervously went to the podium, the strict Professor gave him an encouraging smile before Harry sat down. When she put the hat on his head he looked for the first time at the crowd. All eyes were glued on him. Even the teachers. But they had the grace to do it unobtrusively in comparison to the students. It seemed that some of them were a bit disappointed at Harry's appearance. This tiny, shabby looking eleven-year old who had bested the powerful, all-mighty dark wizard of this century. This was supposed to be THE HARRY POTTER ! The savior of the wizarding world!!!
"Hmmm, very interesting, very interesting indeed Mr. Potter." The hat began to speak, shaking Harry out of his reverie. At first, Harry was a bit startled, but relaxed when he understood what was going to happen. "You have all traits of the houses...", it began " ... The loyalty of a Hufflepuff, the mind of a Ravenclaw, the courage and the heart  to be worthy of a Gryffindor and the gift of the snakes, the cunning to be a powerful Slytherin. You seem like a very strong person ,after everything you experienced at this young age... But there is something you're lacking for all the other houses have... I can't seem to sort you... I'm sorry child, I..." The hat said, and before Harry could ask it what he lacks ,it cried:   "NONE!" After its outcry there was a stunned silence where you could here a pin drop, when suddenly hushed whispers started which developed into a full outburst of students and staff members. This had never happened before in the history of Hogwarts!

Harry just looked helplessly to the teachers table, his mind racing : "Great! My first day and I just made the most impossible thing possible! What am I lacking? Why me? What makes me different?- Oh despite the fact that I have a lightning bolt shaped scar on my forehead and that my name is Harry Potter... Why can't I be for ONCE normal?!"  Harry snapped out of his thoughts when a loud "SILENCE!!!", of the headmaster rang through the Great Hall. Harry could see  the headmaster's magic radiating from the aged man. Harry heard of Albus' Dumbledore's kindness and forgiving nature, but under no circumstances should he be underestimated, because it could end badly- judging by his level of magic, Harry muses to himself.
The headmaster cleared his throat disrupting his own silence he created. He rose from the table to speak, eyes twinkling.
"These are very unusual circumstances, which I might add, have never occured in the history of Hogwarts... So we'll just conjure an extra table on all housetables where Mr. Potter will sit in near future. He'll be sleeping alternately in the dorms of every house, which indicates that every few weeks he'll "change" houses... He'll not be a part of the house per se, but that signifies that when Mr. Potter will receive points he'll enlarge the house in which he currently stays. But that also means the contrary. If Mr. Potter does something inappropriate, what we do not hope", Professor Dumbledore said giving Harry a light smile. "He'll lose house points of the house." Loud groans were heared at the tables. "Great, just great!", Harry thought to himself. "I'm not in any house and most of them thinks that I'm a bother already"
"So, Harry," the headmaster started again, oblivious to the groans ," please take a seat at any table you like." All eyes were directed at him again, curious which table he decides to sit at. It made Harry anxious, at this unwanted attention. "Where should I go?" Then he saw a table in a dark corner and he hastily went to it, sat down as quietly as possible and avoided any eye contact. The hall was dead silent again. Harry could feel the eyes boring into him. Every student in the hall was speechless. HARRY POTTER , the supposed golden boy of Gryffindor, sat at the Slytherin table!
But before another outburst could start again, Professor McGonagall hastily called out the next name and all attention drifted away from him...temporarily Harry was sure. He shot the Professor a grateful look and observed for the first time his new surroundings. Half of the Slytherin's were staring at him...and not too pleasantly. And then he heard a boy with platinum blond hair sneering at him: "What does a Potter do in Slytherin?! Already getting all the attention, Potty?" Harry looked at the boy... The boy he silently vowed to... Malfoy. Draco Malfoy. Harry ignored him and looked up at the teachers table, where he saw a dark haired man looking at him. Sev...-erus Snape. Potions Master.

So many people that he saw again after all this time. He repressed the urge to stare at the man and forced his gaze to Professor Snape's left. Suddenly a sharp pain shot through his forehead... This man with the turban... He kind of felt familiar... Like... Snakes... It gave Harry an uncomfortable feeling. As if something is going to happen soon.
