The Story Of A Girl

Kindergarten-1st Grade

Me telling the story.

Ashley was about to enter her Kindergarten class for the first time and all she could think about was if she would make friends. She walked in and shyly sat by a girl who was doodling in her notebook. Ashley asked the girl,

" Hi! I am Ashley! Who are you?"

The girl looked up and smiled a wide smile.

"I am Ally! Do you like to draw and color?"

The girl replied. Ashley nodded bashfully and said,

"Yes but I forgot my markers."

Ally looked surprised for a moment then gave Ashley a slight smile and replied,

"Want to use mine?"

Ashley nodded and got out her notebook and started.

That started a friendship that last both of those years.
