Getting To Know You

"Alright, Uhm, Jackie?" He guessed with twinkle in his eyes. I giggled gurly like and answered as i walked up to him.

"Ana." I smiled.

"Short for?" He said extending his arm.

"Amelia." I siad laughing and walking with him trailing behind me.

"Well i mean that kinda dosnt make sense." he said scratching his head.

"Yeah, just dont tell the guys." I said Thrusting my thumb towards the Guys room where the door was hanging wide open with john giving jayson a nuggie.

"Your friends?"

"More like crew aquantinces." I said sarcastically. He gave me a weird look. I just remembered that Im not suppoed to tell outsiders about any of this.

"Uhhh, What I meant, was brothers. Yeah i uhhhh, like to call them my crew." I said.

"Yeah. Okay. Well since were walking this way want to get somthing to eat?"

"Sure, But generally I like to know the names of people I eat with." I said with a smirk.

"Oh, right, It's Jess." He extended his hand.

"Amelia." I shook back.

"Nice to know your name for the second time today." He chuckled.

"So where do you want to eat?" I asked changing the subject so I wouldnt blush from embarassment.

"I know this great place!" He said explaining about a hot dog stand right infront of the famous new york park. He got me a hot dog and walked through The park watching little girls eating ice cream with they're parents, Or elder couples feeding pigeons. After about 30 mins He started conversation again;

"So How old are you?"

"17." I answered deciding to give him my true age.

"Wow, Im 18. Whens your birthday?"

"See the thing is I would be eighteen but My birthday is in the summer and its later then everyone my age. But my birthday is in July." I answered sighing.

"Hey on the plus side you'll live a couple months long then me when we are old people."

"Really? Whens your birthday?" I asked curiously.

"May 7tnth."

"Interesting.." I siad taking annother bite of my hot dog.

"Very." He said looking at me.  I blushed and ooked down.

"So...Where do you go to highschool? Or where DID you go to highschool, I should say."

"Uhh, Fenster School in arizona."

"Thats amazing! You used to live in arizona?!"

"Yup, Hot as hell!" He sai throughing his hands in the air after stuffing his hot dog wrapper in his sweater pocket.

"I bet."

"Yeah well where did you go to school?" I paniced at this question, I ve been everywhere but after 16 they just pulled me out of school after 15 they tried getting tutors but no use. So I thought of some where we've recentally been, Oregon;

"Benson." I replied.

"Damn! and your here?" He said surprised.

"Yep." I siad half grinning.

"Wow." He said under hios breath.

"So why are you here?" I asked.

"Uhh, I'm on a uhhh Team." He said stuttering.

"What te-" I was about to ask to bad for me though.

"Hey look its a Movie theater, lets see a movie!" he said pulling my hand toward a huge movies enterance. We saw some kind of scary movie with guts were I acted gurlie and hid behind his back even though Scary gore Is my shit! But it made him mnaly or whatever so yeah. We walked out of the movie theaters talking about the movies when A black convertable Droe up to the curb. Suddenly they called Jess over. I  walked behind him to see who it was. It was some guy who was blonde with green eyes. He smiled at me and Turned back to Jess. I sighed and crossed my arms over my chest waiting for them to finish. When they didnt I tapped pd Jess's shoulder;

"Hey, Its gettin late (It's only 4:00pm) Im gonna head back to my room okay?"

"Sure thing" he said smiling and giving me a hug. I smiled back and turned walking towards the hotel. I smiled remembering I had put my number in his phone and put a message from him to read. I pulled my sweater tighter around my body when a breeze went by. I walked into a bakery next to the hotel. I got a Cookie and payed for it. The guy at the counter was cute but to young. That didnt stop him from hitting on me. I just payedd and gave him a smirk. As I was heading upstair I ran into somthing hard.

"You know for a pretty girl like your self, You sure are slow at getting back." I looked straight up at jess. I smiled;

"Well then you cheated you got a ride home!"

"I did. Youir right."

I know I am I said pushing him a side with my hand. He had a hard chest... Before I could walk any further he pulled my hand back.

"Will i see you again for annother date?"

"That was a date?" I said teasing.

"Yeah, it was and Im hoping to go on annother one soon."

"How about tomorrow?" I asked remembering I had annother frre day since it was only going to be wendsday.

"Alright I'll meet you in the loby?"

"Sure. Did u read my message?"

"I did, just so you know, I will call. And here," he said pulling out a sharpie from his pocket and writing a number on my forearm. I Smiled and stood up on my tippy toes and kissed him no the cheek. He smiled and I turned on my heel for my room. Then i turned seeing him still standing there;

"Better put the cap on before you put that back in your pocket," I said jerking my head sideways at the sharpie he was holding. Then I walked into my hotel room, with butterflies in my stomache for our next date..
