Taehyung gasped and sat up as he eyes the black metal pointed directly at him, but Jeongguk was quick to step in front of him with no hesitation. "Jinah!"

Jackson also stepped closer, but halted the moment Jinah aimed the gun at him instead. "Don't you dare move or I'll shoot!"

"What do you think you're doing?" Jeongguk tried to remain calm but he felt his heartbeat in his throat as her eyes noticeably kept searching for Taehyung to clearly aim at him.

She gritted her teeth tightening her hold on the gun. "If I can't have you, no one should! Now move out of my way."

"Jinah, put the gun down," Taehyung spoke, his fear that she could actually shoot and hurt someone, hurt Jeongguk, intensifying with every passing second.

"No," she said sternly, holding the gun with both arms straightened forward. "You were supposed to be mine!" She looked at Jeongguk, gun pointer still searching for Taehyung like a magnet.

"Put the gun down and we can talk," Jeongguk suggested, knowing this usually never works. By now everyone has gotten a hunch of what might be going on. Jinah loves Jeongguk— and Jeongguk realized, he had hired a psychopath as his secretary.

The woman gritted her teeth. "Talk? What about? That you're back together with your highschool fling who never supported your future choice? I was there! I helped you!"

Taehyung felt a tuck in his stomach. He knows, Jeongguk and him had some different opinions on the whole long distance thing and to say Taehyung never wished for the older to move back, would have been a lie. But they made it work.

"I didn't know about your feelings," Jeongguk spoke. He reached one hand behind him to take Taehyung's in his, knowing her words might have affected him. None of that ever left an imprint on Jeongguk, though. He always understood where Taehyung came from and they handled it together. So to reassure him that it was alright, he held his hand, hopefully conveying his message of reassurance to the younger.

Taehyung held Jeongguk's hand back, out of comfort, out of fear, out of love.

"Of course not," she rolled her eyes. "Taehyung this, Taehyung that and he wasn't even in town! Do you know how hard it was to organize everything so that you couln't visit Seoul? I organized half of those meetings myself! I always made sure that you're not lacking of anything, I stayed with you in this office for hours, being your secretary and a friend when needed. I was there for you!"

Jeongguk pressed his lips together, letting go of Taehyung's hand to take a step closer. "I really really am thankful for everything Jinah," another step closer, "but I love Taehyung. I'm not even into women."

Jinah's lip wobbled. She moved the pointer towards Jeongguk. "I did everything to make you happy when Taehyung wasn't here. I listened to you. You were so kind and loving."

Jeongguk took another step closer, brain clouded. "I do care for you, Jinah. I always appreciated that you were there for me. But... But I can't give you more than being friends, you have to understand..."

"Gguk.." Taehyung whispered in fear as the raven haired took a last step closer, the gun right in front of his face.

Jinah's tear stained face softened up a bit, but she still held the gun firmly. "Stop right there."

Jeongguk didn't move closer. "Jinah, give me the gun and we'll handle this," he held out his palm to her.

She looked at Jeongguk's hand and back up to him. "I'm not stupid, you're going to call the police."

"Put down the weapon. The police is already on its way," Jackson said," I send out a message. If you hurt anyone now, you will just be ruining your life."
