Ivan looked out onto the city. He smiled softly at it's greatness. He enjoyed being above it all, watching the little lights of the city sparkle. It was truly magnificant. And it was his. He couldn't believe this beautiful city was his. He chuckled softly. Of course he could believe it was his.

You wrapped your arms around yourself, moving closer to the tall man. He blocked you from the wind but you were still a little cold. You shivered, smiling. "It's beautiful up here," you commented.

"Da," Ivan agreed.

You leaned against him. "No wonder you like to be up here," you said. The wind whipped your hair around haphazardly. "But it's a bit chilly, don't you think?"

Ivan shrugged his shoulders. "Not really."

You pouted, hitting his shoulder lightly. "Oh shush. You have a huge coat on." You looked up at him, hoping he'd make the big move. Giving you his coat... But he never moved to take the thing off. You coughed into your hand. "Yup. It sure is cold out here. I sure wish I had a big Russian coat to keep me warm," you hinted, slightly nudging him.

Ivan didn't move once again. "You should have put one on then, da?" he asked, smiling down at you.

You huffed. "Fine. I'm going inside. So I don't DIE by freezing to death out here." You wrapped your arms around yourself tighter, walking inside. You sat on the stairs that lead to the exit, pouting. "Dumb commie," you huffed. But you felt bad for saying it, so you hung your head sadly. "No...just...oblivious," you whispered.

"Oblivious to what?" a sweet voice said behind you.

You jumped, frowning. "Just things..."

Ivan sat next to you, smile gone. He wrapped an arm around your shoulder and pulled you close to him. "Oblivious to what?" he repeated.

You blushed, shrugging your shoulders, giggling slightly. He was so close. It felt so right... You couldn't help but giggle. "I was...just cold...out there," you said softly.

"Ah. I will make you warm then." Ivan pulled you onto his lap, hugging you tightly. You gasped, blushing. "I-Ivan..."

"Hmm?"

"I may..." You took a deep breath. "May....really really like you. Like....like." You scrunched up your face. That was the most terrible and awkward way of saying it.

Ivan just smiled, a small red tint coming onto his features. "Good! I can finally say I love you without worrying!" He smiled, pecking your lips.

Your heart soared. Snuggling into him more, you sat there with him. Finally warm.
