Some of us have the head of a rock. In Cajun French it's called "Teté Deux", which means two heads or hard headed. It took me a long time to implement the ideas and skills I am sharing in this work, which have worked for me. If these are concepts that have already occurred to you, I am no guru or prophet, and I certainly don't believe in being preachy.
