Smiling slightly, Clara slid off Matt's knee after what seemed like forever. He looked down at her with a sympathetic look.

"If you ever need to talk y'know, I'm here. Or Padge, or Jay, or moose." He said calmly, almost whispering. His voice made her blush, she watched as his mouth moved so elegantly.

"Thankyou, Matt. It means a lot. There aren't many people who I can speak to..." Clara admitted, biting her top lip slightly as she spoke.

"Well, I'm here now and all that's about to change because I will do everything in my power to help you." He declared, sounding proud to be within Clara's reach. Clara couldn't help but stare intently at Matt's half smile that he was directing straight at her, and he noticed that she was watching him.

"Aw Matt." Clara finally said, stroking her hand down his leg.

"Well, I'd best get going." He hesitantly whispered, kissing Clara's forehead with his perfect lips as he pushed himself up off the step and picked his guitar up. Standing up after him, Clara wrapped her arms around his back and closed her eyes as her face pressed against his chest, the firmness of it made her feel safe. He placed his free hand on her lower back and he held her against his chest.

Kissing the top of her head, Matt patted her back and slowly walked backwards, keeping eye contact as they both smiled. He hesitantly turned away and walked into his house and Clara stood perfectly still, watching him as he entered his house.

~ Matt's POV. ~

"PADGE?" Matt yelled, as he kneeled down and placed his guitar in it's case and zipped it up. Padge slowly walked through the hallway, which was currently lined with every record deal, magazine and tour date list they'd ever had up to then.

"Back from snogging ye' girlfriend now?" Joked Padge, leaning against the archway that lead into the perfectly designed living room.

"Jesus fuck she's perfect." Matt replied, before Padge had even finished his sentence.

"Wow I've never heard you speak about a girl like that. Must be luuuuurve." Padge joked again, as he walked into the living room and switched the flat screen TV on that was mounted over the fireplace as he flopped onto the couch and lifted his legs up with one arm over the back of the couch. Smiling to himself, Matt stood up and looked through the window. Clara had gone in now and the door was closed, though he couldn't help but gaze at the house next door as the girl he was sure he loved lived there.

"She's coming over tonight." Matt smiled, as he walked into the living room, opened the mini fridge that stood in the corner and took two cans of larger out.

"Tonight?" Padge replied. "Don't make too much noise, I'm in the room next to you." He added, winking and laughing at his own joke.

"I don't think we'd get that, far funnily enough." Matt scoffed as he pushed Padge's legs off the couch, sat down and handed a can to him as he opened his own.

"You never know mate, might just drop lucky." He replied, his eyes glued to the tv and a can in his hand. "Don't you think you should get some stuff in?" He added.

"Probably." Matt shrugged, sipping the can a few times. Staring at Matt, Padge waited for more but then shook his head.

"Takeaway it is then?" Padge added.

"Oh my god, yeah, good idea." Matt explained as he grinned at Padge, gulping his can down. Scoffing, Padge shook his head, laughing at how pathetic Matt's attempt to 'woo' this girl was.

~ Stephen's POV. ~

Admiring the house he had just bought, Stephen stood in his new kitchen, dark surfaces and pale tiles surrounded him as he stood at the island in the middle. Dusting the surface off slightly, he smiled to himself as he looked up and saw through the glass doors. The greenery was overwhelming as the trees stood high, shading the massive garden leaving swaying silhouettes on the grass. He stared, taking it all in, but then his stare was broken.

"Dad I'm going out tonight." Clara announced as she walked over to her dad.

"Oh? Where are you going?" He replied curiously.

"I'm going to Matt's, just across the way." She said pointing, not being able to help the smile that slowly crept onto her face. Stephen could tell that they'd already clicked, he hugged her tight.

"Fine by me angel, fine by me." He smiled.
