| it was around 6am when Sanemi heard his father Kyogo walk through the front door, Kyogo was drunk as usual but didn't say anything until he saw Sanemi making breakfast.

Kyogo: "The fuck are you up for brat..?"

Sanemi: "father,it's 6am I always make breakfast at this time for the others and you."

|Kyogo didn't respond he was annoyed with the person he went past with on the way back.

Kyogo: "hurry up,I'm starving. And if it's not ready by the times I shower and get dressed I will beat you! Ya hear me?!"

Sanemi, not wanting to get shouted at just nodded and got straight to cooking the meal.

Genya, his little brother said it in a more annoyed tone than concerned one.
But who could blame him? Kyogo is an abusive shit! Especially to Sanemi.
Sanemi at the age of 4 was made to do things tho at that age he couldn't properly speak unlike the other kids that age. .

After saying that Sanemi was straight to getting his bag and leaving to the front door, but before he could Kyogo stopped him.

Kyogo: "Where the hell do you think you're going..?"
- his breath smelt strong with sake, which probably ment he drank in the time span of eating breakfast where his siblings(- Genya) are currently still eating.

Sanemi: "father..I was about to leave for my shift at the cafe at town.. I'll be back at 3pm..! I promise I won't be back any later it only takes 15 minutes to get home from town right?"

He wasn't so sure if he sounded convincing but Kyogo seemed to believe it, ? Which is strange he's not hit Sanemi once yet! Eh who was Sanemi to complain?
