Concept that goes with a song in here (you'll know which one if you read)

"Sit down."

ibis was hesitant to sit in the chair that was in front of Discord's desk.

"... What happened to Nickelodeon?"

"He jumped out the window-"

"Ah, sounds like him.."

She rubbed the back of her neck with one of her hands, trying to regain the confidence she'd immediately lost once she was closed in the room. Discord was very professional when it came to these types of things.

"Sooo-"

"I already know what you're here for. I'm telling you: just sit down. I want to talk to you about this."

ibis refused. "Oh, you just want to tell me it's a bad idea." She put her hands on the desk, getting taller and into the other's face. Discord stood up too. He used his fingers to push ibis backward.

"It is!" He grumbled. "I would know!-"

"Act as if you care, Discord. I know deep down you have a certain hatred for me."

"Why would I?!"

"You're always getting onto me for teasing your girlfriend."

"It's not teasing; the users are stealing her art, and you do nothing!- wait, girlfriend?.. We aren't dating."

"Ah, whatever, we're getting sidetracked. Just give me the paperwork."

Discord sighed, sitting back in her chair and fiddling with the drawers in the desk. "You don't understand. It's dangerous, and it can cause," he paused, having to yank a jammed drawer open, "depression, which is why," his hand dung deeper into the pile of papers, "I turned it off." Finally, he set a piece of paper on the desk with a blue inked pen beside it.

"I'm not even sure you're using this properly. It doesn't relieve pain; it's supposed to cause it, and don't think about trashing yourself for money 'cause this contract says I can't be sued."

ibis rolled her eyes, picking up the pen.

"One more thing."

"What is it now?"

"This makes you more susceptible to AI infiltration..." (Skyrose will ask about this, but IF this is canon, she will have turned the setting off before the AI could get to her :>)

"I don't care!" She hissed, making a loopy signature that read 'ibisPaintX'.

"You can back out at any time!" Discord reminded her, snatching her wrist. She tried to yank it away but everything went black for about a minute.

She blinked, and she could see. This place looked like a night sky illuminated by northern lights and bright constellations. It was Discord's mindscape. ibis couldn't speak. She touched her mouth to find an X over it. She tried to tear it off but failed.
If this was his mind, where was he?

"Sorry, sorry," a voice murmured from somewhere, "I'm still trying to set this up."

Soon the app fizzled in sight. "Oh crap."
Discord stretched his hand to ibis's mouth, successfully pulling the X off.

"The hell is all this?!"

"It's what I have to do in order to give you the setting option." His hand came close to touching her, but, instead, tapped the air around her.

"Try not to move, uh, if you even can."

"I can-" she started before getting vibrated by some invisible force, "ACK-!"

"It doesn't recognize you like that. Can you chance into your app form?"

ibis let out a sigh and shrunk to normal app size. Discord then tapped the air again. This time the invisible forces made ibis stiffen in her spot.

"Once it's added there's no taking it out of the general settings. Anyone with the power to do what I can do can turn it on and off so beware, but luckily for you there aren't many apps that can. Uhm, you can turn it off though." He yapped as he typed commands and code into a chat box that had popped up and used the keyboard that came with it to do so.

"These are things I'm legally obligated to tell you, of course. I mean, I personally don't think I'd talk so much about code and settings if I wouldn't get sued for not...

"Done."

ibis could move now, so she looked over to her side, and there it was, the setting she requested.

'App Discipline' it read.

She breathed in and swiped right to enable it.
