My eyes were wide open as Jack sat still.
"Big Mistake." Jack said. I heard the sound of police sirens outside. Jack looked at the door. He smiled wirily. "So you plan to send me to jail, huh?" David stayed silent. Suddenly someone started to yell from outside.
"Come out of the building! We have you surrounded." Jack shifted. "Last warning!" The voice said. Someone busted into the room, gun raised.
My eyes closed as I heard two gunshots. I fell to the ground holding myself. The room seemed silent forever before I was lifted by someone. I was carried out of the room as a deafening, indescribable noise filled my ears. I was put in the back of an ambulance. I saw two people holding a gurney with someone on it.
When I regained my hearing I found myself scream as a man repetitively said "Miss! Calm Down!" I recognized the man on the gurney. It was David. I continued to scream until the gurney was in the Ambulance with me. I became silent as I realized what has just happened. I looked at David as he silently lied on the gurney, getting temporary treatment.

Jack had the gun pointed at me as the officer busted in from the door. A split second after I heard a gunshot and fell to my knees. An unbearable pain filled my shoulder. I fell completely as I heard another shot. My vision went black.
