Prologue + Bio

The scene opens on a sunny day in Musutafu, Japan, where a young man with black hair is seen running down the sidewalk.

Y/n: I'm late!

The young man ran past a vending machine before looking inside, where he saw a drink he wanted. He pulled out his phone to use the scanner, but noticed it was covered with multiple stickers.

Y/n: Crap! Gotta have a coin somewhere...

Y/n felt around in his pockets before pulling out a coin.

Y/n: Aha! Sweet victory...

Y/n flipped the coin through his fingers before trying to slot it into the machine, but he missed, and the coin flew out of his hand before rolling towards a sewer grate. Y/n dived at it and caught it.

Y/n: Phew...Close one. Hmm?

Y/n heard something down the alley next to him as he looked to see a tall man holding a beaten-up young woman with long, emerald green hair by the back of her outfit before tossing her to the ground.

???: Ow...You fiend...

The woman tried standing up as the man walked over to a pallet before breaking off a piece of the wood as he held it up to hit the woman, as she braced for the attack, until Y/n flipped the coin in the air and snapped his fingers, causing the world to distort as the tall man was now gone, and Y/n caught the coin.

???: Eh...? 

The woman looked at the piece of wood the tall man was holding and noticed that the same man was depicted in graffiti on the board.

???: Whoa...

The young woman turned around and saw Y/n walking away, flipping a coin through his fingers. He inserted the coin into the vending machine to get his drink just as another tall man burst through the door and walked outside. The young woman stood up and ran as a dark goo emanated from the man, creating two clones of him. Just as Y/n was gonna open up his soda, the young woman came around the corner.

???: H-Hey, you need to get out of here! It's dangerous!

Y/n: Huh?

Y/n looked behind the woman as he saw four men from earlier around the corner, until a whole legion came running out of the alley towards Y/n.

Y/n: Eh?!

One of the men tried to punch Y/n, but he snapped his fingers, turning the attacker into graffiti. Then, as he dodged a series of punches from another man, he snapped his fingers again, doing the same to him. Just as another one of the men tried to punch Y/n, he tossed the soda into the air before snapping his fingers. His clothes and appearance changed to that of a young man with white, slicked-back hair and square-rimmed glasses with orange lenses. His outfit now consists of a white suit with red cuffs and a red tie with a metal "X" symbol attached.

Y/n: Heh, let's go, small fry.

Y/n began to dodge the men's attacks, sidestepping, ducking, and hopping over them with agility. Meanwhile, the young woman watched as Y/n and the men suddenly disappeared from view. Confused, she looked around before glancing down at the ground. To her astonishment, she saw moving graffiti depicting Y/n and the strange men, which danced along the sidewalk and climbed up the wall.

???: Wow...

Back with Y/n, he continued to dodge the strange men's attacks as they split up, attempting to strike him simultaneously. Finally, he ducked beneath their blows and planted his hand on the ground, causing them to materialize back onto the sidewalk. With a snap of his fingers, he returned them to reality just before rounding the corner into the alley.
