The very next morning the ETF team left for Mumbai ,while Rathore was transferred to the hospital through ambulance with Ayesha ,following a complete bed rest instruction.

And on reaching back Arjun was called to the Commissionerate office the very next day for the reasons he already knew.

"Acp Arjun, explain."

The commissioner said in a serious tone ,with the newspapers on his table that displayed the headlines " Home minister resigned amidst feuds of his relative in drug case" and below that "an ETF officer exposed the whole case on the department portal.. signifying if the police would have hushed up the matter otherwise".

"Jo bhi hai aapke samne hai sir, iska dusra koi explanation nahi hai."

Arjun replied straight.

"Toh tumhe lagta hai ye paper me jo news aayi hai ye sach hai ? Hamare paas saboot aate toh hum case ko rafa dafa kar dete..?"

The commissioner raised his brow.

"ye pata nahi hai sir. Per jis tarah se department ne humse support utha diye the , case ko direct expose karne ke alawa mere paas koi option nahi tha."

Arjun answered.

"Nahi. Option tha. Team ke paas saboot the toh tum log mujhe bol sakte the."

"Per case lene ke liye sabse pehle aap ne hi mana kiya tha sir."

Arjun argued further, and the commissioner let out a frustrated sigh.

"Acp Arjun meri koi personal dushmani nahi hai tumse, ya Rathore se ya ETF se.

Maine tum logon ki bhalai ke liye kaha tha.

Per pata hai tumhare aesa karne se kya ho raha hai? Sab department pe sawal utha rahe hain ki sayad police khud hi involved thi issliye ETF ko direct action lena pada. "

Agar hum protocol ko follow karte toh aaj Vardhan jail me hota, aur uski family ko maar diya gaya hota."

Arjun said earnestly then quickly added.

"Ek aur baat sir ye case lene ki responsibility meri thi.

Rathore aur baaki sab jo involve huye the mere kehne pe huye the, issliye department ko jo bhi action lena hai mai taiyar hun."

"ye faisla ab mai nahi karunga, higher authorities karegi aur uske baad tumhe inform kar diya jaayega.

Filhal toh mai tumhe ye dikhana chahta hun.."

The commissioner said turning the laptop screen to him that displayed a mail.

*ETF needs to be vanished*

Arjun read the message , when the commissioner spoke up.

"Server pe ye anonymous mail aya hai aaj subah.

Hum IP address track karne ki koshish kar rahe hain , per mujhe lagta hai factory case me tum logon ke action ka ye reaction hai.

Ab samajh me aya mai kyun mana kar raha tha case lene ke liye.?"

Arjun took a final glance at the message then looked up to him.

"Sir I'm sure aap ne jab ETF team banane ka faisla kiya tha tab ye nahi socha tha ki hum kisise darr ke apna kaam band kar denge.
