Kurotsuno and Olivia are one person.
Olivia was basically past Kurotsuno when she was still human.
Sullivan was also human in the past (if you played Mogeko Castle, you would see a letter written by human Sullivan).
In chapter 4 of obsolete dream, Sullivan stated that Kurotsuno was much nicer before and that must be the time when Kurotsuno was Olivia.
