CHAPTER ONE: THIS IS BERK
---
You: "I live on Berk. So far off the map that it might as well not exist"
Hiccup: "I also live on Berk. It's twelve days north of hopeless and a few degrees south of freezing to death. It's located solidly on the meridian of misery. My village, in a word: Sturdy. It's been here for seven generations, but every single building is new. We have fishing, hunting and a charming view of the sunsets"
You: "The air is crisp, the water is clean, and the views are nothing to complain about"
Hiccup: "The only downsides and problemes are the pests"
It was night and a fake sheep was standing on a hil.
Suddenly a creature came flying and grab it with its backclaws.
When it did that the long rope that was tied to the fake sheep activeted the bell causing it to start clanging, signal that the village was under attack.
Hiccup: "You see, most places have mices, rats or mosquitoes. We have..."
You woke up to the sound of the bell which caused you to get up before looking out the windows at the same time as the house next door opened the front door and a young boy with brown hair peek out to see a big red dragon.
The boy's eyes widened and he just reach to shot the front door and jump to the side as the dragon shots out its fire causing the boy to let out a grunts and a whimpers.
"Dragons"
The boy grab the door handle before letting out a grunt because it was still hot from the fire.
You got outside as the sound of villagers shouting was heard.
"Are you okay?" a voice asked and you turned to see the boy with the short brown hair.
You: "That's Hiccup, my best friend. We have being friends since I was taking in by the tribe"
Hiccup:"I know my name is not great. But it's not the worst. Parents believe a hideous name will frighten off gnomes and trolls- Like our charming Viking demeanour wouldn't do that"
"I'm fine" you nodded.
Hiccup: "That's Y/n, my best friend. We have know each other since we were ten, since Y/n was taking in by us after losing her entire tribe. Her dad and my dad were good friend so we have know each other longer before then"
The sound of dragons growling and vikings shouting was heard "I think we need to get away from here" you said "Good idea" Hiccup nodded "You stay inside" he told you "Yeah. No, I better babysit you, just in case" you said which made him smile before the two of you started running from your houses.
Hiccup: "Most people would leave. Not us"
You and Hiccup reach to jump side before you could get hit by a dragon's fireball.
Hiccup: "We're Vikings. We have stubbornness issues. We don't run from fights. We start them"
The warriores was rushing back and forth as you and Hiccup ran farther down the island.
