Friendship
I sat there with nothing to do,

But then out of the blue I saw you,

You changed my life right from the start,

And gave me all your heart,

I thought of you as one that comes and goes so soon,

But I was wrong you were the one for me with the moon,

We were best friends since the day we met,

And the clock ticks on as the time is set,

I never realized this true friendship we share,

Giving all our hearts and all our care,

We weren't perfect, but are you?

Of course not but we still do,

We try our best to please both of us,

And we never try to make a fuss,

I always think of you as much for than a friend,

Like a angel come down to me that god has lend,

But I wish her the truly best, even on the day when we have to say goodbye,

But there's no shame in it for saying goodbye is a lie,

We'll see each other soon once the storm has passed,

And no moment shall ever be our last,

Even if your gone from this world you'd stay in my heart forever,

We'd always be here just you and I and us together,

You'd stay in my heart for all eternity and until the end of the time,

As the lonely wind blows on my old wind chime.
