The Apex, or more accurately described, "Childlike" Apex is the incarnation of Pexus's suppressed emotions, though it possesses the mental capacity and temperament of a young child. The Apex is the reflection of Pexus's childhood as the young child tormented by bullies, which is the source of extreme rage and resentment from which his dynamic strength is derived. However, he is naïve, innocent, and kind. He often claims that he wants to be left alone, but this is because he is constantly poked by scientists and their machines without the capacity to understand why. He really wants to be liked and is very loyal to his friends. While angry, he has the potential for limitless strength.
Powers: -Unlimited Strength: Apex can generate limitless and unsurpassed physical strength, able to go toe-to-toe and even surpass the strongest of beings with nothing but the raw force of his physical blows. Any level of weight he needs to lift or move is irrelevant as his body can emit limitless amount of force that can repel an object of any mass. With this ability, Apex could travel massive distances in a single jump, unleash strikes of unparalleled might, obliterate massive life forms with one hit, and more depending on the amount of energy he absorbs. It should also be noted that he is immune to most powers that could manipulate, affect or rob him of his strength. -Dermal Armor: Apex has an innate armor as a part of his body, which is resistant to attacks, harm or pain, and temperature extremes. -Personal Radiation: Apex can manipulate his radioactivity and radiation spectra. He can generate enormous amounts of energy to cause radioactive contamination wherever he goes, use it for attacks, cause genetic mutations, and even nuclear explosions. -Radiation Absorption: Apex can absorb all forms of radiation and use it in some way, as in augmenting his strength, durability and even regeneration of his body. -Radiation Empowerment: Apex becomes stronger, faster, more durable, etc., from radiation, unlocking abilities related to the affinity and enhancing the existing powers. -Radiation Generation: Apex can generate radiation, that can be used to melt objects, release electromagnetic pulse to disrupt technology and even lead up to the point where he detonates himself in a nuclear explosion. -Radiation Immunity: Apex is immune to radiation and its effects. Astonishingly, Apex could traverse areas where normal creatures, would succumb to Acute radiation syndrome. He could simply detect radioactive substances; through its effects alone and without a Geiger counter. Disturbingly, Apex is immune to radiation-induced sickness and the eventual death it can cause. This grants a very Undead level of adaptation. -Radiation Pressure: Apex can self-generate vast amounts of radiation to crush, repel, or destroy objects or entire areas, and possibly kill or paralyze their targets and cause various radiation-based effects on the affected area. This power also works well in environments befitting radiation.

The Ultra Apex is the merger of the personalities of Anthony and the Apex. Ultra Apex was far more well-adjusted than most incarnations, having Anthony's raw intelligence and Apex's raw strength.
Powers: -Personal Nuclear Power: Ultra Apex can manipulate self-produced nuclear reactions, allowing him to modify nuclear fusion and nuclear fission. By manipulating personal nuclear fission, Ultra Apex can control numerous forms of radiation, such as alpha particles, beta particles, gamma rays, neutron radiation, and electromagnetic radiation. Ultra Apex can become a living criticality by achieving critical mass or generating radiation that ionizes atoms in his vicinity, spreads radioactive contamination everywhere he move, and fuels his metabolism. He can establish destructive nuclear fission chain reactions by splitting atoms into smaller ones, repeatedly creating immense amounts of energy, thus producing a nuclear explosion. -Nuclear Absorption: Ultra Apex can absorb nuclear energy, while removing it from the source, into his body and use it in various ways, gaining some form of advantage, either by enhancing himself, gaining the drained power, using it as power source etc. -Nuclear Attacks: Ultra Apex can release/use nuclear energy to preform attacks of various shapes and/or intensities, either projected, used as a part of melee attacks, etc., from Nuclear punching to Nuclear Breath. -Nuclear Conversion: Ultra Apex can convert nuclear into other forms of energy. -Nuclear Concentration: Ultra Apex can focus his nuclear energy to any part of his body to perform attacks or techniques. -Nuclear Explosion Inducement: Ultra Apex can cause a nuclear explosion from himself, it is said he could destroy the entire solar system at full power, possibly even more. -Nuclear Generation: Ultra Apex can generate nuclear energy from his bodies cells -Nuclear Projection: Ultra Apex can emit/project nuclear energy and forces in a variety of shapes and forms, such as waves, blasts, auras, etc. -Nuclear Immunity: Ultra Apex is immune to anything regarding nuclear energy and atomic energy, being completely invulnerable to direct and indirect effects. -Nuclear Negation: Ultra Apex can negate nuclear fallout in a given area, thus removing it from the environment. He can remove lethal radiation or outright prevent an atomic explosion to make the affected region safer to tread, or negate any or all radiological effects cast by anything or anyone.
