Well, for me it’s not just a group. It’s my whole family. Like literally, they’re my people.
And since I’m telling it from my perspective, it’s how I see them… so let’s start from the beginning.
I don’t really remember the exact date tbh, but it’s been around 2 years now, I guess.
The first girl I met was my twin (Pihu). But I’ll keep her part for later because before that, I want to explain how this whole groupie was even formed. And for that, the story obviously starts with the admin.
Vedika.
A teenager girl. Most of you probably know her as a Yoonmin author, FFXEDITS1BTS.
Now, here’s the funny part. I already knew her before we even talked. Like, I used to see her posts on YouTube—edits, Yoonmin content, all that. But I never once talked to her.
Back then, if you remember, Wattpad had this feature where you could literally DM anyone. So one random day, she messaged me. And trust me, her friendly behaviour was so natural that in just a few minutes, she already felt like my friend.
The best part? When we found out we were both from Maharashtra. We were so hyped about it that we immediately switched to talking in Marathi.
Now, about cities—she told me hers, but she lied at first. And honestly, I also lied about mine. Because let’s be real, at that time, she was still a stranger. So yeah, both of us were not exactly honest in the beginning.
Then she told me about herself. She was in 11th and doing some MH CIT course. Slowly, we started talking more. We even exchanged Instagrams.
See, I’m usually a friendly person but not the type who approaches first or messages people on my own. I don’t know, I just don’t do that. But Vedika? She would always message me first. She would even add me in collabs whenever she posted reels, and slowly, it just became normal.
And then came that one day— I was casually scrolling when I saw something happening under the comments of one of her reels. Not just normal comments, but like a whole conversation going on. Honestly, it looked like a mix of fun, teasing, and lowkey flirting.

Of course, my curious ass had to read it. And bro, when I tell you those comments were more than 100+ with endless replies, I’m not joking. I was just sitting there reading them all like a stalker, not even replying.
The names that kept popping up were yoonmin_cupid Janvi, @/luv_thv, and obviously Vedika herself.
At first, I didn’t reply at all. But then, after reading so much, I finally joined in. Just a small reply.
And guess what happened within minutes?
I got a notification. Vedika had created a group. She named it Yoonmin.
And that’s where the real journey started.
From that one reel comment section, a whole group was born. Slowly, you’ll see how we went from being “Yoonmin” to being called “groupie.” How our member count went from 5 to 4. And yeah, how one person eventually left our lives.
I know maybe no one else outside the group would even care to read this, but honestly, I don’t mind. Because this is for us. And I love writing it with a little suspense, just for my groupie.
