It has been 3 weeks since you met Makoto. Today, you were going to get to spend the whole day with him, because your grandfather had to go on a fishing trip on his boat, and you weren't allowed to come.

"But grandpa! I really want to go!" You said with a pout. "I'm sorry (y/n), but you can't come today. But don't worry, you'll have lots of fun with Makoto today." You frowned. Although you were excited to spend the day with Makoto, you wanted to go fishing.
Your grandfather looked at you pitifully. "How about this. Since I'll be getting back late tonight and there won't be time when I get back, tomorrow we can go fishing together."
"Promise?"
"Yes (y/n), I promise."

So here you are on a dock, waving to your grandfather. "Bye Grandpa! See you soon!!" You yell as you wave your arm frantically. Makoto smiles and waves to him as well "Bye! We'll see you soooon!" He shouted at the boat, which was now getting farther and farther away, until you could only see a little dot out in the ocean.
Makoto turned to you. "I'm so happy I get to spend the day with you! We're going to have so much fun, (y/n)!" He says with a giant smile.
It was now only 11:48 a.m. , and you heard your stomach rumble. You hadn't had any breakfast, and it was almost lunch time.
Makoto obviously heard your stomach rumbling, because he asked you "(y/n), are you hungry?"
You nodded, and he started to run off the dock and up on to the sidewalk. "C'mon!" He yelled to you over his shoulder. You ran after him, meeting him on the sidewalk.
"What's the matter (y/n), you can't keep up with me?" Makoto said playfully. "No! I can totally
keep up with you!" You say defiantly. "Okay then (y/n), follow me!" Makoto says as he bolts down the sidewalk. You run after him, trailing a little bit behind him.
He may be fast, but you were also quite fast, and you caught up to him in no time. "Woah! Your fast." He says as he slows down. You stop beside him, as you look at the brown house in front of you.
