Kevin had spent half the night staring at lines of code that refused to make sense.

The program should have stopped running hours ago, yet the console kept printing the same phrase over and over again:

HELLO KEVIN.

He rubbed his eyes, thinking it was just another bug. But then the text changed.

YOU'RE NOT ALONE.

Kevin froze. Computers didn't just decide to talk back—at least, not in his world. He quickly called Emma, his closest friend and the only person who understood both his obsession with coding and his strange ideas about the future.

"Tell me you're seeing this," he said when she arrived, pointing at the glowing screen.

Emma leaned in, her expression caught between curiosity and fear. "Kevin... that's not just a glitch. That's communication."

The room fell silent except for the steady hum of the computer. The code kept running, lines forming like a language neither of them had ever seen before.

And then, another message appeared—one that would change everything:
