She sighed as another costumer came in, not wanting to deal with another rude person. Suddenly someone dropped flowers at the counter. She looked up to see Shadow.
"Happy birthday, Lu," He smirked.
Luna gasped,"Thank you! They're beautiful! I can't believe you remembered."
"Of course I remembered," Shadow kiss her hand.
They leaned in to kiss over the counter but were stopped by Amy, who cleared her throat. Shadow growled and Luna shook her head.
"My shifts done. I'll be at the car in a minute," Luna went to the back.
Shadow went back to the car, and sat in the drivers seat, waiting for Luna.

Luna walked out of the cafe and into Shadow's car. She slid into the passenger seat, and buckled up.
"You good?" Shadow asked.
"Yeah." Luna turned to face Shadow.
They lent in to kiss, but were interrupted by Commander KC.
"Hi kids," she greeted, popping up in the back of Shadow's car.
Shadow and Luna jolted backwards.
"Hi... mom," Luna said, panting.
Shadow blushed furiously, not expecting Luna's mother to pop up in his car.
"Did I mess up your moment?" Commander KC asked.
Shadow shook his head, still red faced.
"What do you need mom?" Luna asked.
"Well since you and Shadow are the only ones here to take this mission, I guess I can give it to you both. There have been strange energy readings in a facility in Greenland. The whole area around this facility has been freezing up."
"Why do we have to do this though?" Shadow asked.
"And why do you have the right to date my daughter?" Commander KC snapped.
"Touché."
Luna groaned,"So anyway, you want us to investigate the facility in Greenland?"
"Yes," Commander KC said.
Luna sighed,"Okay then."
Shadow sighed, and patted Luna's shoulder.
"Keep in touch, Lu," Commander KC reminded Luna, then she got out of the car.
Luna nodded and looked at Shadow, and smiled. Shadow smirked slightly. They both leaned in to kiss, and just when their lips were about to meet, Commander KC knocked on Luna's window.
"Chop chop, lovebirds!" She strutted away.
Shadow and Luna jumped apart. Luna chuckled and Shadow sighed, clearly irritated. Luna kissed his cheek.
"Let's get started," She said.
Shadow started his car, and they drove off to their base at Luna's house.
