Introduction

If you’re reading this, then it means you are prepared to see and read my life.

This is a story about my life. But before my story is told, the world’s story shall be introduced first.

In the beginning of time before humans existed, there was only void. So when humans existed, so did they: the Entities.

The Entities are branded as supernatural evil creatures that embody a concept or an idea that exists in the world.

Humans and Entities share the same appearance but that’s where the similarity ends. Humans have flesh, organs and bones. Entities are made of void and a skin that mimics human skin.

It didn’t take long for humans to realize that they are not the only ones that live in this world.

An Entity’s nature makes it easy to tell that they were in fact an Entity.. The Entities take pleasure and dedication in feeding off the concept they embody. That was simply an Entity’s nature and it was because of that nature that led the war between humanity and entity.

The Entity of Death. It was because of it that humans learned what Entities were and how to stop them.

There were three types of Entity of Death.

The Instigator; the ones responsible for exaggerating humanity’s need for bloodshed and death.

The Natural Death; the ones accelerating humanity’s natural diseases to the point of faster death.

Lastly, the Causality; they are the ones who use their supernatural abilities to directly cause death.

Yes. Every Entity possesses an ability prior to their concept. There is too much detail on them so skipping it would be a convenient choice, for me at least.

The Causality Entities possess a supernatural ability called Autonomy Weaponry. They can change their autonomy or the void that’s inside them to create black steel weapons effectively affecting their purpose as killers.

Let’s skip unto the current timeline. Ever since the humans knew the existence of Entities, they created, discovered, invented, and pioneered every safety measure against Entities.

The E.C.H.O, or also known as Entity Cleansing and Hunting Organization is a shadow organization that operates globally, only those who are with power like the current presidents know the existence of the organization.

The organization were the ones responsible for creating elite agents with the purpose of hunting down and killing entities.

It was 1910 when the infant that I was first appeared literally on the organization’s doorstep. An Entity can simply be known using an x-ray technology as Entities have no bones and organs.

But I had flesh, organs and bones so they assumed that I wasn’t an entity but it wasn’t until they checked my blood color that made them sure I was an entity. It was because entities bleed black pitch blood.

After confirming my existence as an entity, they should have killed me instantly without hesitation, but the organization uses entities as their main source of energy.

Every entity is born with a supernatural ability and it was proved by the organization that the blood entities bleed holds the supernatural abilities.

The organization experimented and they were able to create weapons and accessories that grants supernatural abilities to those who use them.

The weapons and accessories made from the blood of Entities are called Void. They use these creations to kill entities, isn’t that kind of ironic?

However, not everyone who owns a Void can have supernatural abilities, the blood and the blood of the owner should be compatible before the owner could possess supernatural abilities.

Owning a void and matching with the blood are a rarity in the organization, those who own a void are immediately considered as a powerful asset.

Most Voids are made from the blood of the Entity of Element, which has four different types. Entity of Fire, Water, Rock, and Wind.

The Void made from the Entity of Element were crafted to take on the form of a ring, making it easier to wear.

Each Void Ring and the abilities it gives its owner are unique.

Void Fire: heat immunity and fire manipulation.
Void Water: ability to breathe underwater and water manipulation.
Void Rock: strength enhancement and rock manipulation.
Void Wind: improved agility and wind manipulation.

Now, enough of that. Because I bleed pitch black blood but have flesh and bones, my existence wasn’t just an entity but also human. I was the first Entity to have an intensive experiment. The organization named me the Entity of Unknown.

My parents were agents of the organization under the name of Eddie and Edna. We were a fake family but they fell in love with one another and that’s where they decided to get real babies.

The two taught their children all the things they needed to learn and I was there when they taught them so I have knowledge about the organization.

Eddie and Edna died of old age, their three children became elite agents of the organization. After the two died, the three left the house to work directly for the organization.

I lived alone for many years until I decided to live my life as I pleased alone. I didn’t want to be trapped here in this house knowing the people that raised me are gone.

The organization wasn't able to extract valuable information about my origin nor my supernatural abilities, only because I made sure to keep it hidden.

For years they thought I was a harmless entity with no real threat or danger to human society so my existence was easily overlooked even by the officials within the organization.

The organization might have stopped caring about my existence but it didn’t mean they would also stop observing me and keeping me locked up.

And it was because of the abilities that I made sure hidden that I managed to easily get out of the organization’s grid.

My supernatural abilities are unknown but what I know is that I can manipulate technology. I erased my existence in the organization’s database and created a new person’s database for me to inhibit as.

My name is Blank Ent. That was the name Eddie and Edna gave me, or rather it was the organization that gave me that name. Ent came from Entity as I am one.

It’s currently 2025 and I have lived for a hundred years and my life is pretty comfortable. I haven’t used my powers to cause pain to others but I often use it to change the balance of my money so that I could be comfortable.

Quite selfish but I wanted to live life as I pleased. And it's not like this was worse knowing I'm an Entity. This action is extremely light compared to the actions of worse entities.

The organization and the brilliant people within it made x-ray glasses that agents use to spot entities everywhere.

I'm the only entity to have flesh, organs, and bones humans have so that easily gets me out of patrolling agents.

The only way the agents are going to be able to tell is if they make me bleed but that will never happen. Agents don't hurt anybody without verifiable confirmation.

It was a peaceful morning with my normal routine to get coffee at my favorite cafe.

Upon entering, the person behind the counter should have been the energetic girl, Aira. But it was a different person, the change alone wouldn't bother me but it was the fact that seeing him gave me a strange feeling of warmth was the one that bothered me.
