Dark Academy Script (IDEA)

Script Idea

SET UP SCREEN: _

The opening title begins with a castle upon an arched land formation with a waterfall rising up from behind it, and falling down through a bridge with magical particles moving like fireflies with different, glowing colors.

The castle gets a bit faded by clouds as the title reads: KOKORO NO YUME. Then transitions like a watery effect to: HEART'S DREAM. and below that, the same watery, zig-zagging effect: THE DARK ACADEMY. Below that title screen beings to flash the typical GBA style: PRESS START.

Once the Player presses START on the keyboard, the music box theme plays as we enter a slowly moving up screen, to reveal the Player's gaze going down into the darkness... a memory begins...

ELSE if the Player has a save file, the title screen shifts to four clouds reading: NEW GAME, CONTINUE LAST SAVE, SELECT SAVE FILES, and SETTINGS.

ACT 1: TUTORIAL PHASE _

EXT. DEMO MEMORY SET-UP

Screen is black as it fades to reveal a city light blinking off and on, the camera pans over the city street crossroad to a portal opening up... and ANOK stepping out.

Mi'lady..? Mi'lady, are you quite

there?

Options for PLAYER: 1. Y-yeah... wait, where am I? Who are you? 2. Offph... did I hit my head? AM I DEAD?! 3. Beckon me, oh light above. 4. There's no way we're starting like this. 5. Kidnapped, Guardian Anok, Aura Bloomed, You Hank Charlie Jarvis, Me Elite Magical Being, proceed. 6. Suspicious, but go on.

stirring awake after a dreadful

occurrence... I knew this day would

come when you would be sent upon your

destined quest, to free these poor

souls trapped here at such a dark

academy... but I fear this means your

magic Aura has Bloomed at last.

Otherwise, how could he have found

you?
