Hiroko stammers and looks back at Fujin who's smirking at him.
"F-Fujin, what the hell?!" He throws his autographing pen at Fujin.
Fujin feels the pen hit his outfit and exhales.
"Well, you couldn't keep it a secret forever, no?"
Hiroko inhales and walks forward.
"We're not finished." He whispers both angrily and in embarrassment.
"Hey girls! So, would you all like to give our fans a message?"
"Ah... I think Nijika-chan will know what to say..." Hitori scoots to the side as Nijika appears on the screen.
"Yoho! Good evening everyone! We all hope you enjoyed the boys' concert and tour! Speaking of bands and music..." Nijika chuckles.
"Give our band a listen! We're named Kessoku Band , known for being one of the best indie J-Rock bands in Japan!"
"Please buy our vinyls, albums, CDs and merchandise. My family is in poverty." Ryo lies blandly.
"Ryo, stop begging for money!" Nijika pushes Ryo playfully.
"Hello, everyone!" Kita says in English, appearing on screen and waving.
Hiroko sighs and tugs his stage outfit in embarrassment.
"Well, all we wanted to say was hi, so-"
"H-Hitori, I-I love you!" Hiroko blurts out.
The crowd gasps first before screaming, whistling and cheering.
Hitori's face gets red. She starts to look left and right constantly, covering her face before finally turning away from the camera.
Nijika chuckles and waves at the screen.
"Ahaha... Okay everyone, that's all! See you guys!"
"Bye bye!" Kita talks in English again.
"Bye-bye." Ryo says after Kita, smiling.
The screen flashes off and the crowd goes wild again.
Hiroko looks at Fujin and sighs softly.
Later...
Back at the RV, after everything from the tour is packed and the boys are ready to drive, Hiroko's leaning against one of the walls, scrolling on his phone, looking at the old messages from Kessoku Band's group chat.
These were all from me, huh?
He smiles just a tiny bit.
"Hiro."
Hiroko looks up from his phone.
"Churro?" Manny made it himself.
"T-Thanks." Hiroko puts his phone in his pocket and grabs it.
"You know, you don't need to hide any secrets." Manny tells him, taking a bite out of his own churro.
"If there's anything you want to vent about, then we're all here. You don't have to be afraid." Manny opens his hand and gestures to Fujin and the Shikolai twins.
They're chatting together, telling more stories.
Right... They're just like...
"Family." Hiroko starts to smile.
Manny smiles with him and looks at the three talking together.
"Ah. Hey, Hiro. You got any stories from Japan?"
Hiroko looks at Alexi and looks at Manny.
He keeps smiling and tilts his head to the right.
Hiroko smiles again and sits next to the twins and Fujin.
"Alright, so, there is this one time that Fujin, a friend back in Japan and I got into something crazy and somehow survived it..."
"Alright, keep it going!" Ivan requests.
"Okay boys, we're going home! Back to New York!"
Fujin let's out a whoop as Anthony starts to drive.
Hiroko takes a deep breath, looking out one of the windows. The sun was setting, a blend of pink and blue, reminding him of Hitori and the beauty of the two worlds he has.
...I shouldn't be afraid to be myself. I'll never be.
