Chapter Two - Dinner For Two

Summer's POV

I applied the last curl to my hair, then safely placed my curling wand down onto the bathroom sink. I had settled on wearing quite natural makeup and a baby pink lipstick to brighten the whole look softly.

Laura had already planned my dinner outfit; it was a mid navy backless dress which seemed to leave me feeling slightly exposed. A silver bracelet hung loosely off my frail wrist and I had painted my nails to make them more presentable.

"I feel like a complete idiot wearing this." I groaned quietly to myself as I existed the bathroom of our hotel room into the bedroom area where Brad was waiting me.

"It looks nice." He complimented as he lounged across the bed wearing a tight pair of fitted black jeans and a half buttoned up shirt.

"I guess I'm not used to wearing date outfits." I chuckled quietly tugging my dress further down my legs. "Being truthful, I've never been on a date."

"The colour compliments your skin tone." He admitted truthfully as my eyebrow furrowed at him. "I have lived with two girls; my mum and sister for majority of my life. I know a bit about fashion." I giggled in response taking hold of his hand.

"Fashionista Bradley."

We make our way out of the rather posh hotel they we had been booked into and jumped into an already waiting taxi. Unsure, Brad slowly rested his hand on my thigh insuring me it was the paps purposes.

"Are you cold?" Brad questioned, noticing I was slightly shivering.

"A little." I smiled slightly as Brad thumbs started to rub light circles on my thigh sending a warming feeling through my body. After being driven for a short while, the driver pulled up outside the exotic restaurant - that I usually wouldn't chose to eat at.

Paps surrounded the restaurant like flies. Brad gripped my hand tightly as he clambered out of the taxi.

"Brad! Summer!" They screamed trying to latch onto me as Brad guided me through the chaotic overcrowded crowds.

"Summer, what's it like dating the lead singer of The Vamps? Aren't you worried about their groupies?" They called, grasping hold of my arm and pulling me in another direction.

"We would just like a quiet romantic meal together." Brad hissed as we reached the restaurant door. "Respect our decisions and leave please!"

"They can be ruthless." I gasped capturing my breath as we safely entered the restaurant. It was absolutely breath-taking. The room was peaceful and only had a few tables placed around, it was rather quiet however there was soft music playing in the background.

"Reservations for Mr Bradley Will Simpson." Brad told the waitor standing at the front of the restaurant.

"Certainly sir." He nodded, grabbing two menus and taking us to a table right beside the window. Brad took off his jacket as the waiter pulled out my chair. I sat across from Brad by the window as the flashes went off. The table was lit up with a candle surrounded by dozen of fairy-lights.

"Nervous?" I nodded swiftly, then looked outside at the paps. "They're waiting for some action, they won't go away until they got a perfect picture." He sighed in annoyance as I anxiously looked at them.
