Bongbong tried to look at himself. He's wearing his usual polo barong. "No. This is for the pamamanhikan."
"What? No! Sabi ko casual lang diba?" Izzy frowned. "Hay naku! Hindi na naman kayo nagbasa ni mommy ng announcement ko sa family thread kagabi."
Bongbong and Leni just pursed their lips, guilty. Last night, they were both distracted by the movie they're watching preventing them to read Izzy's pamamanhikan announcements.
"Hayy naku!! Hirap talaga magpalaki ng magulang!" Izzy sighed, checking her dad's side of the closet.
Bongbong and Leni just smirked.
Izzy then found a perfect set for his dad. Leni nodded, agreeing to Izzy's suggestion.
"Mag white ka rin, mommy." Bongbong said.
"Why?" Leni frowned.
Bongbong shrugged. "Wala. Gusto ko pareho tayong naka-white."
Izzy smirked, shaking her head. "Clingy!!!"
Leni chuckled.
Izzy laughed as well, walking out of her parents' room.

"Tita, Tito, this is my mom, Josie, and my dad, Dante." Daphne introduced her parents to Bongbong and Leni.
"Mr. President! Madam First Lady! Nice meeting you po!" Dante shook Bongbong and Leni's hands. Josie did the same.
"Oo nga! Leni nalang din. Magiging mag balae na tayo soon!" Leni followed. They all chuckled.
Daphne also introduced her siblings— Kuya Dominic and her youngest sibling, Blanca.
Izzy, Benj, Chiqui, Ace, and Irene also greeted Daphne's family.
They sat on the couch and started the conversation mainly about Will and Daphne's wedding.
"First of all, gusto sana namin mag apologize sa biglaan na kasal at apo." Bongbong started.
"Actually, nabigla nga kami." Dante said. "Wala kaming idea na boyfriend pala ni Daphne si Will. Lalo na nung nalaman namin na buntis na pala si Daphne."
"Pasensya na. Kami din actually, hindi namin alam na may karelasyon pala itong si William. Nagulat nalang kami pag-uwi namin galing bakasyon, nasa bahay na si Daphne." Bongbong explained. "But we're happy about this, we'll support Daphne and Will sa desisyon nila."
"Gusto na namin magka-apo!" Leni jested.
"Kami din gusto na namin ng apo!" Josie seconded.
Everyone laughed.
Will and Daphne then lay their plans for the wedding. They figured that they're both adults to make decisions for themselves.
"We planned na by next month makasal na po kami." Will started. "And it will be a simple ceremony."
Everyone nodded.
Will looked at his parents, "Mom? Dad?"
Bongbong and Leni looked at him.
"Simple ceremony lang. Family and friends lang ang invited, please. Ayaw ko ng madaming politiko dun. I don't want agendas and business." Will cleared.
"Of course. Mum and I will follow everything you and Daphne like." Bongbong said. Leni nodded.
"Saan nyo balak ikasal?" Dante asked.
"Sa Naga po." Will answered.
Everyone didn't anticipated that.
"Sa Basilica Church po." Daphne said.
They all nodded.
"After the wedding, we booked a trip to Turkey and gusto po sana namin kayo isama." Daphne announced.
"Wow! Sure!" Bongbong agreed right away. "Pero baka naman ma-spoil namin yung honeymoon nyo."
"Dad, buntis na si Daph." Will jested.
They laughed.
"Gusto po namin na makapag-bonding tayong lahat dun kahit two weeks lang." Daphne said.
"Sure!" Leni beamed.
"Don't worry, Daph, I'll help sa pag arrange ng itinerary and all other stuff para hindi na kayo ma stress ni Will." Izzy volunteered.
Will and Daphne thanked Izzy.
"Regarding naman po sa expenses, hindi na po kami hihingi sainyo ng kahit magkano." Will continued. "May ipon naman po kami pareho ni Daphne so kami na po bahala sa wedding expenses tsaka sa Turkey trip."
"Are you sure?" Leni asked.
Will and Daphne nodded. "Yes, mom. Kami na po bahala."
"Okay, but if you need anything you just tell us." Leni said.
Will and Daphne nodded.
"Also," Will heaved a deep sigh, "We have an announcement."
They all looked at the couple.
"We've decided to stay here in the Philippines for good." Will announced.
They were all hyped by the news. It means, they will be close to them and their baby.
"Naisip namin na dito nalang palakihin yung baby namin, para mas close sa family. Gusto po namin na makita nyong lumaki yung anak namin." Will explained. Daphne nodded.
"Dito nalang din po kami mag tatrabaho ni Will." Daphne said.
They all nodded.
"Congratulations sainyo!" Josie hugged Will and Daphne.
Bongbong suddenly remembered his conversation with Leni regarding them being empty nesters. He whispered to her ear, "We're not empty nesters after all."
